I'm doing full chicken roast and then apple pie and custard.
Will be using the leftover chicken In chicken and chorizo pies for tomorrow

Another for winner, winner, chicken dinner 🐓

Turkey and bacon pie (left from Christmas, frozen though!) and broccoli. Also got some double caramel magnums in the freezer for when the kids were in bed.

Carrot and parsnip soup, toasted cheese sandwiches and boiled eggs.

Corned beef hash, now I've remembered how - it's been a while...

Game stew ‘cottage’ pie with swede, peas and Yorkshire pudding, berries with caramel ice cream for afters.

We’re meant to be having salt and pepper chicken kebabs on pitta bread with salad but I’ve just cleaned the house from top to bottom and really can’t be arsed starting to cook now. I might just go to McDonald’s instead…

Roast pork belly and crackling, potatoes, Yorkshires, cabbage, broccoli, peas, cider gravy.

Macaroni cheese with crusty bread last night’s leftovers, some salad not too fussy household.

Lamb casserole with herby dumplings.

we had a snacky lunch in the cold wet playground but I'm doing lamb steaks with potato & parsnip mash and posh broccoli tonight

We had chicken fajitas last night and there was a lot of chicken and rice left over. I plan to fry up the chicken with some peppers and onion, then add the rice and some tomatoey stock to hopefully make a sort of Mexican flavoured risotto!

Roast chicken here too! With honey roasted carrots, peas, cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets and yorkshire puddings.

I don't have a pudding planned today, might quickly whip up a sponge cake that can bake whilst we eat...

Spicy vegetable and bean stew with couscous.

Organic leg of lamb, it melted in the mouth.

Side of salad, boiled potatoes, veg.

Really trying to do better with the family meals so have batch cooked bolognese, a curry and a mushroom Alfredo sauce but just feel so guilty hiding away in the kitchen all day. Isn’t that mad? Ugh.

Can't be arsed cooking feel like I've spent all weekend in the kitchen so tonight it's a 'sort yourself out' kind of evening.

Everyone seems happy with freezer food 😊

Roast chicken, pigs in blankets, parmesan parsnips, roast potatoes, sweetcorn, cabbage and gravy. Then treacle tart with a choice of double/clotted/ice cream pudding.
dh is cooking it now, I’m just out of a hot bath and sitting by the fire - I bloody love Sundays!

Lamb burgers and chips. As I'm not cooking it's good with me.

Pasta bake with ooooooodles of melted cheese on top, salad and garlic bread 😋

Afters will either be Christmas sweets, Christmas cake, or perhaps a mince pie & cream.

We've got an M&S pizza deal as neither of us could be bothered cooking. BBQ chicken pizza, dirty fries and coleslaw. We'll wait until the kids are in bed and be slobs and have it on the sofa. Sooo looking forward to it.

I'm still on my Christmas visit to friends because I got flu which turned into pneumonia and has now set off my brittle asthma.
No fun being ill but the catering is amazing!

Jacket potato with a hole cut out and an egg broken into the hole, grated cheese on top, then cooked a bit longer until the egg is set but runny. With salad.
