Well, they're all bonkers, to be fair.

Which conspiracy theories do you think are the most ludicrous?
That there is a microchip in the Covid vaccine seems to me to be one of the strangest.

Cost, political will, motivation. Of course we went.

Who, where, what, why etc vary according to how far down the rabbit hole they have gone.

In reality an underground facility is less exposed, is safer from general attack and when nuclear war was a genuine fear gave a level of continuity if it could be self sufficient - like the ‘secret nuclear bunkers’ that now have tourist road signs pointing towards them

A large complex is suitable for tunnels, perhaps a ‘safe’ route between related bunkers, but a tunnel complex of its own linking military bunkers is counter productive - you have secure separated bunkers safely isolated in case something happens to one, and then you connect them all together taking away the entire point

Whos fighting in them?
In a real ‘underground’ war large complexes would be sat at screens controlling missiles
In the extreme rabbit hole it’s entire army’s of underground infantry attacking each others bunkers (all squished up in a tunnel corridor ???)

What armies would they be?
Not the public overground governments army, but the other army of the secret government that really runs things behind the pretend public government

Why?
Who knows - the world has descended into sodom & Gomorrah, so the real battle is between the good vs the evil
Particularly the highly moral Trump and Putin on the side of perfect 1950s morals of a world that never existed against the evils of today

He gave a talk at a British University, I think it was Oxford, and the undergrads debunked his theories in under 30 minutes.

There have been 6 moon landings. More recently to NASA have focused on satellites. The Artemis program is planning both unmanned and crewed landings in the next two or three years.

If Elizabeth had had the plague there's no way her father would have been visiting her. He was terrified of any hint of infection and would have made sure he was miles away from her household.

I believe even the Vatican believed the earth was sphere and that this had been well known for millennia. What upset the Vatican was that Galileo showed that the Earth was not the centre of the galaxy or universe.

@Daftasabroom You are definitely right about the centre of creation / the universe and about the Ancient Greeks knowing that Earth was a sphere. I might be wrong, but I thought that the Vatican taught that the Earth was a disc when Galileo said it was a sphere. But maybe that was earlier. Or maybe they just didn't think it was that important compared with human life being the pinnacle of creation and therefore at the centre of everything.

You've just articlulated exactly what makes conspiracy theories so implausible and unworkable - the numbers of people who'd have to be involved and who the conspirators would have to trust to keep quiet. Hundreds if not thousands who must never get drunk and tell anyone, must never have a crisis of conscience and tell anyone, must never go home and say 'you'll never guess what I was asked to do today!'

But they'll always come out with 'ah, but what about....'

I've worked in aerospace research and there is definitely an origin story of con trails and emissions from burning fossil fuels that has an impact on climate change both through effects on insolation at ground level and the green house gases. How that get's twisted into chemtrails takes some imagination.

In Dubai they definitely use light aircraft to spray some sort of silver derivative into clouds to encourage rain. It works. What's the conspiracy?

I think what worries me is that burning huge amounts of fossil fuels releasing GHGs and particulate emissions of soot on which water condenses forming con trails and in turn clouds kind of goes under the radar because the chemtrails theory is so obviously bonkers.

I think the point is he didn't know she had the plague. She had been sent into the country to avoid the plague, and who would want to be the one to tell Henry VIII his daughter had caught the plague and died?

I think I saw something similar on a programme recently about the Manchester Arena & said the same about some of the families had been called actors.

Such such evil twisted people to do that when people are so clearly grieving.

But the problem is , I'm guessing that some incidents have to be classed as actually different than what happened, their was some events in a tv show called spooks, where event x happened but for security purposes ect a press release say it was caused by e.g. V, situation.
