This is mine, very plain and some may say boring but I do love it - it has big massive velux windows so like to keep it really simple and clean.

I spend a lot of time in here as I suffer with chronic acute pancreatitis (work that one out 😂) but I also recovered from cancer in this room, my femoral artery burst in this room (touch and go!), my kids were nursed in it, I cuddle with my husband in it, I do yoga in it, he works out in it, we watch films in it - it's such a tranquil and lovely space at the top of the house. It has a little dressing area with my dressing table and wardrobes, as well as an en-suite - a little escape away from the chaos of the kids 😂👏

My headboard is wonky but I cba fixing it 😂

Op why not just say you are 17 ish and interested in a career as an interior designer instead of pretending to be one? Your room is lovely but it's very obviously a young persons room and not one of an interior designer.

@Amybelle88 not being PA it's a lovely room but it's clearly not an adults room which is fine.

You literally don't know that, though - if she's an adult and you're telling her it's a teenagers room in a put down manner, it's just a bit nasty tbh. And even if what you said is the actual case, why feel the need to dress her down? It's so much easier to just keep shit to yourself than be mean.

My room looks very similar to the OP's and I am 43?! Fairy lights, plants, teddies etc is a look i have always loved. Cosy and feels personal.

They're not 'fake' pictures though, are they. They are real pictures of bedrooms.

This is the estate agents pic of my last bedroom, won't post one of the current room as it's strewn with cloths and baby equipment, and has a monstrous pine wardrobe dominating. Hoping to get and ensuite and fitted wardrobes installed, then painting grey-blue on the chimney breast and linen white elsewhere - I like bold colours. Have a mustard accent armchair and lovely shutters since we're on the corner of a main road.

This is my room, super king bed in a room that's possibly a bit to small but it's got a nice barn conversion feel to it 💕

I had them made on eBay. I bought the fabric myself ( Laura Ashley ) and sent them to a lady who does made to measure I sent the Pom poms too which she sewed along the bottom.
