SC - its very easy. All you have to do is start. You can start at home or while you're out and about - it doesn't take much effort!!! If you got the right machine, it can be even easier to do it!!!

No secur - its more fun if done with a machine and friends round!! Obviously they have to do it too else it gets a bit boring.
