A really garlicky carbonara with lots of bacon and garlic bread

Katsu curry with egg fried rice

Lamb burgers with salad, feta and chutney

Pasta with cherry tomato sauce and feta

We had salmon darnes with cajun spice cooked in the oven on a bed of baby spinach. Steamed new potatoes & asparagus. Quick & very delicious

We are actually having a (cheap) takeaway as we will be getting in late so pick one up on way home. Going to the cheaper chippy rather than our usual better but expensive one. Hopefully get it around £13. DH and I will share a Chinese meal and DC will have sausages and chips

We are going to have slow cooker pulled pork served with corn on the cob,coleslaw and buns.Mmmmm can't wait.

We had fishfingers, waffles and beans tonight! We’ve eaten really well this week, had a trawl through loads of recipes and made a bit of an effort to mix things up - but tonight called for freezer food and it was bloody lovely too!

We had homemade burgers with buns,dirty fries and salad plus fried onions.Really enjoyed and much cheaper than a takeaway 😋

We had Aldi skinny quarter pounders - DH had chips and I had microwave golden rice with tomato and cucumber. It was lovely!

It's Friday again! We are having spaghetti carbonara with brocolli, it's a recipe from the Tesco website and is really nice, and easy, and cheap!

Going for a drink after work so will either pick up coop pizza on way home or do a pasta sauce with whatever in fridge, spinach, ham, mushrooms . Or hopefully dh will have cooked something healthy and left me some…

A very quick spaghettini dish tonight. While pasta cooking, sauté mini tomatoes, spring onions, finely chopped red pepper in olive oil with some salt and pepper, garlic and chilli flakes until softened. Get big bag fresh baby spinach that’s washed in a colander, drain pasta over it and the heat of the pasta will cook the spinach. Bum in large bowl. Add other vegetable on top with shavings of Parmesan and lemon zest. Takes less than 10 mins.

Bung in large bowl!

It’s a takeaway Indian for us tonight as I’ve cooked for the last 2 weeks, it will be a bit cheaper as DS2 is out tonight.

Going to make an easy paella/risotto cross, using a mixture of things I already have in the fridge - prawns, mushrooms, peppers, peas, asparagus, and pancetta, mixed with some packets of microwave golden vegetable rice!

You can freeze it so buy lots!
