We Both stayed off work. Neither of us feel well at all. In laws shopped for us. I think we don’t venture out till test negative. Are we being over cautious?

No. I don't work anyway but I took the kids to school and did a food shop. I just kept my distance as much as possible. I didn't really feel ill this time around, just a bit drained and achey legs.
