What’s everyone’s plans for half term?

It will be the last week of our very long holiday to Spain.

Working! DD will be in nursery. On my day off we might go to the seaside on the train.

I am taking the DC away to see my family for the first weekend till Tuesday. DH is taking the DC to see his family from Thursday and for me second weekend so I get the house blissfully silent for a few days. There will be a crossover day on the Wednesday which will be pure chaos as both DH and I needing to both focus on work and also cope with unpacking/packing with DC glued to the PS4.

Revision for a 7 year old for the whole holidays?!

Day trips here and there for us. I'm off all week and we were looking to go away but it was too much of a faff to organise.

Heading to the Netherlands for the first time since Covid :) can’t wait!

We have 2 weeks (SE). Going on holiday first week as it’s so much cheaper than the following week. Pumpkin picking, science museum, circus and holiday club.

Dd has a birthday party to attend

Going to a NT property for a picnic with friend's & Halloween activities

Pumpkin picking with cousin and her kids

Book in a few sports camps to give me a breather

London day trip

Working. I've booked one days AL but need the rest for other holidays.

Centre parcs. It's our favourite holiday of the year. Trumps going abroad according to my teenage son.

Going to Haven. Made use of the cheaper prices, as Wales half term is different from England this year. Even though the site is in Wales, they only put the prices up for the English holidays. Looking forward to it😀.

Working and a mini break to London

Going away to visit family and then my mum is coming back with us for a few days. Can't wait don't see them very often!

We haven't got much plans yet except a day pumping carving with dc and their cousins and I'm having a few mom friends and their kids over on actual Halloween for a little tea party. October half term is usually more of a chilled one for us.

Same here! Going with SIL, her partner and all the teenagers...should be a laugh.
