I haven't spoken to a single soul and am not likely to tomorrow either, it feels weird to not have spoken to a single person in 24 hours.

There was a day last week I realised I hadn't spoken to anyone in hours. Weird.

Family and lots of strangers (10?) I’d recommend walking a dog to anyone who feels they need more social interaction.

Myself, this is a quiet day - my children, their BJJ coaches, the friends I went for coffee with, my boyfriends ex and their daughter, my boyfriend, my neighbour. I work in a patient facing role so speak to dozens of people daily, along with team members, I love it, I'm chatty and my worst fear is loneliness and a quiet house 😔 happens to us all eventually though

OP, have you been indoors all day? Even speaking to a shop assistant/fellow shopper/bus passenger would be better than not having anyone at all to speak to. I find you need to go out and try to make conversations with people.

I was at the hairdressers yesterday. She talked non stop for two hours. Today I have tried to not speak to anyone unnecessarily. So DH.DC x2. DD1 boyfriend all milling around this morning. Then Recycling tip man. Post office pick up parcel. Pet shop lady. Returned parcel at post office Friend called for coffee. 😞 I really like quiet but rarely have it. I go to the beach with DDog for a fix.
