How many people have you spoken to today?

I haven't spoken to a single soul and am not likely to tomorrow either, it feels weird to not have spoken to a single person in 24 hours.

Tons, I'm a support worker out and about.
Very different to when I was a SAHM, apart from babies I sometimes went a few days without real life interaction.

At work 13 I think today. And that's a very quiet day at work. Often easily double that.

And my 3 family members as I haven't been to a shop or anything today.

Compared to when I previously worked from home online it could have just the 3 family members maximum.

My mental health is soooo much better now.

DH and DS. Apart from in medical settings and shop staff I haven't had a conversation with anyone other than DH and DS for about five years, and before that conversation maybe six years.

I don't have any friends or family other than DH (neither does DH) so I don't see anyone. The chats I had were when I went to gigs and got chatting to people for a few minutes.

DH, DD, 2 phonecall, 1 meeting with 6 in so 10 so far. Too many for me, though probably as 8 / 10 were to do with DS problems.

Dh, dd, ds, man interviewing me for a job, the receptionist in his office, friend bumped into on street, 2 people on phone, man in Sainsburys (so 9).

Been part of 3 WhatsApp conversations which would have involved 4 or 5 phone conversations in the old days. Life has changed so much!

Four. And one of them was deaf and I don't know BSL, so not sure if that counts.

A funeral director (cried on her), a printer (chatted for a while), and a couple of friends of the deceased.

I’d have preferred not to have had any of those conversations tbh.

But those are exceptional circumstances. I generally speak to quite a few people a day. I make sure I see friends often.

DS (14) + 2 friends here for sleepover last night, DH, DS (10), 2 x staff at cinema this pm, barman and random bloke at bar tonight and then phone call with the dad of sons friend re logistics of a trip. 10 people.

54 yesterday. 3 immediate family, 4 at DS football training, a delivery man, 2 friends, the rest were patients/ colleagues/ phone calls.
Sunday only 14. 5 family, 2 people in shops, 1 delivery man, 1 man in the ice cream van, 3 dog walkers, 2 friends.

And i ordered a coffee so 1 in person

Zero except for online friends so no actual conversations
On work days it's more like 200 people so I'm enjoying it!

And a Commander from the local fire station who gave me lots of good advice on how to keep the horses safe in the event of a fire (also for free!).

That's a lot for me - normally it's just the first two, plus any clients.
