Somehow I don't have crows feet but it's happening to me with the '11's. I'm investigating Botox...

Just use primer... primer is your friend...

Everything settles into your pores. 😂

Chin and neck hairs. They sprout at the speed of light and you suddenly find a 2 inch hair under your chin. I have black and white ones, and they could be used for mooring ships they are so coarse

After forty, foundation makes you look worse instead of better. Don't waste time in the world of tinted moisturisers, light coverage, natural finish etc. It's all lies. Unless you want to look like tippex on sandpaper, just use fake tan, skincare and cream blusher.

I'm sorry but no amount of decent primer, foundation or powder will make it better!

Your options are either stop wearing makeup or botox (which is wonderful providing you don't go OTT)

I think that makeup makes wrinkles look worse whatever you do.

Which I why I wear no make up! I embrace my natural face, but use plenty of skincare.

Or disappear...Usually down to your thighs.

The Ordinary primer is excellent.

Second the ordinary primer. It's brilliant, but although it's cheap the bottle never has more than a spoonful in.

Meh. Haven't worn make-up in years. Glance in mirror twice a day when brushing teeth and putting in lenses. Give it zero other thought.

I’ve never been much good at make up so it’s almost been a relief to get to an age where I have a really good reason not to wear it: it makes me look even older! Now I just use plenty of moisturiser, and a bit of mascara if I’m going somewhere nice.

No one warned me my hair would suddenly turn into straw at the age of 45. 😒

I look horrendous and yet I keep putting on foundation, I know it looks horrendous I just need to stop

Very recently, if I put liquid liner above my top lashes, I get a black arc below my eyebrows. Presumably because the skin there is drooping ☹️

I'll add more nasal hair, sadly. Was it Maureen Lipman who wrote something about how unfair it is that these hairs start sprouting in new places just as your eyesight gets too bad to spot them.

Ah, I've found my people. Pubes have migrated to both my chin* and thighs. Im 51 and looking for a new foundation but may just go with self tan ...

*In fact, both of my chins. 🤨

Oh, also, recently been away in a sunny climate and thought I'd got some suncream smeared oddly on my hands. Turned it I've turned brown on the top of my hand wrinkles but got white bits in the crevasses where the sun couldn't reach😢

Eyeliner fix- put your skin colour eyeshadow powder on first. Then eyeliner. Then it will smudge less. And get waterproof liner that doesn't budge.
