Thirty six years ago today this woman woke to find her dead husband alive and having a shower!

It was me. Just at the crucial moment I pulled my sons cap gun from down the side of my chair where I’d hidden it and shot JR.

My mum and granny who were watching with me were very angry to have missed the tv version of the shooting such was the confusion I caused by shooting him from my living room.

I remember my mum ranting about how many lives JR had. I'm sure she thought it was real life.😂😂😂

This brings back such happy memories of watching Dallas with my late mum, we looked forward to it so much each week and even had Who Shot JR mugs Such a big build up to the reveal and when we found out it was Kristen, we both said 'Who?'
The Bobby 'it was all a dream' storyline was so ridiculous!

I've always wondered if this was a complete surprise to the people that watched in... or did you get a heads up via the press that Bobby was coming back? I think this is the only scene I've ever seen from Dallas - must have been reshown in one of those "tvs best moments" threads! It looks crazy!

I was an early teen when Bobby reappeared in the shower 🤣 i think I remember it being in the newspapers before that he was coming back so we were all tuning in ready and waiting for him !!!!
Dallas was huge!!!!!!

I'd wipe out most of the last seven years. It all started to go wrong in January 2016 when David Bowie and Alan Rickman died in quick succession. Then Brexit, Trump, Johnson, Covid, Ukraine invaded, and now Trussonomics.

I thought it was Terry Wogan.

Oh what a memory! I loved Dallas and the anticipation of the next episode, then the theme tune would start up.... fabulous. Victoria Principal was beautiful.

The shower story was utterly ridiculous. After that everyone was confused about everything!
