Princess Beatrice is still the grand-daughter of a monarch, so no change for her.

Archie and Lili Mountbatten-Windsor are now grandchildren of monarch in the male line and can be Prince and Princess should their parents so choose.

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie will always be a princess, it's their birth right.

The children of the Earl and Countess of Wessex are actually prince and princess also by birthright and because their parents accepted the titles , but use Lady and Viscount instead. They can at 18 choose to use them, but their parents don't think they will.

Zara and Peter however Anne declined their titles upon birth, but that's not to say the new King can't give them a title if he wanted to as they are still of royal blood.
