Toast, lentil soup and a roll, chicken salad. I am pregnant and have really annoying heartburn today. Eating is difficult.

Meal 1 - protein oats with grated carrot

Snack - yoghurt with berries, protein powder, cereal, peanuts

Snack- handful peanuts

Meal 2 - goats cheese superfood salad & 2 croquettes

Snack- yoghurt, protein poweder, cereal, almonds

Snack - 2 digestives

Late morning, we’ll lunch time really- porridge
Afternoon - strawberry milkshake (not one of those with excessive sugar)
Dinner - just about to have sausage (vegetarian so soya & veg), mash and caramelised onions. Followed by full fat yoghurt and later a few plain biscuits.
Supper - small bowl of musli

Snack -protein yoghurt with all bran and almonds

Lunch- tuna mayo salad

Snack- small bag peanut m&ms

Dinner- 2 breaded chicken fillets & vegetables

Snack- big bowl mixed cereal and yoghurt

Half a ham sandwich for lunch.

Sausage and tomato pasta bake with garlic bread, a Cadbury’s Layers of Joy individual dessert, a bite of strawberry eclair and half an orange for dinner.

a pint of orange squash, a can of coke and a Capri sun to drink.
