@PeloFondo Thanks for sharing yours, I was fearing that I was the only person on the thread who isn’t angelic with their daily food. Don’t get me wrong posters, I admire your choices. I’d like to be that good, but I’m not! I eat a mostly healthy diet, but wow, there is some seriously perfect eating repeatedly posted here.

Mine was definitely not a "good" day! I was craving chocolate for some reason, but had done a hard spin class so think I needed the sugar

B: Cashew nuts and an apple. Coffee.
L: A sausage, piece of bacon, fried egg, hash brown, mushrooms. Coffee.
D: Steak, horseradish mash, cabbage.
S: Scoop of choc ice cream. cashew nuts and piece of Swiss cheese.

Nothing yet - 12.07pm. I don't get hungry until about 3pm (don't always move around much because of arthritis, so not using calories up!)
I will have an Actimel soon.
At 3/4pm I will have a sandwich or whatever I do for the kids, followed by a Muller rice with prunes & a sliced up banana, then brazil nuts & walnuts, an orange, then later a hot chocolate, & that's me done for the day.
I also have bad IBS so the things I can eat get less & less!

For brunch, two crumpets with Gorgonzola and a banana wrap. (Hungry after a small supper last night)

For dinner tonight, either a sausage casserole made by DH, with cabbage and carrots, or Spanish omelette, as we have a lot of eggs.

I had my usual pot of tea earlier this morning and will have either a bottle of Hoegarten beer or a glass of Merlot tonight.
I'm just fancying a chai latte, so off to make one.

Tea - cottage pie, veg, gravy

Drinks - water, tea, decaf tea

(I don't eat breakfast on weekdays as fasting)

I agree, I follow this thread. But I'm not sure the seriously perfect eating is that healthy and certainly seems very obsessive.
