I have been AWFUL today

Morning sickness remedy 1st thing - 2 ginger nuts
B - golden syrup porridge slice
S - Philadelphia snack pot with breadsticks
L - chicken and bacon cesar salad, sun bite crisps, apple nutrigrain, and an apple
S - tic tacs and a golden Oreo
D - ham and mushroom pizza with salad followed by 2 hob nobs

That's not awful at all! Especially as you have morning sickness- go easy on yourself!!

Lots of necessary energy for making that beautiful baby xx

Breakfast- yogurt, vanilla protein, berries, bran flakes, oats, almonds

Lunch - bean and tuna salad

Snack - pink lady apple

Second lunch- chicken, quinoa, avocado & veg salad

Snack- 3 sugar fee digestives

Dinner- same as breakfast

Bread crusts my child wouldn’t eat for breakfast. A huge portion of fish and chips for lunch 😋😋😋 Chips we’re gorgeous.

Onken yoghurt for a snack. Might have some toast and a bowl of fruit for dinner just to balance out the naughtiness
