B - seedy nutty porridge
L - banana, Greek yogurt
D - Indian-spiced veg quinoa and rice with baby vegetable stir fry

3 scrambled eggs with a bit of onion, pepper, chicken, kale and tomatoes thrown in the pan with them

One sweet potato, more kale and some white fish mornay with spinach

Might have some Greek yoghurt and blueberries in a minute

I grate a zucchini into the oats before cooking and then cook it all in together. It adds bulk to the meal and extra nutrients. Then I stir in vanilla protein powder once it's cooked xx

Thanks @lovebeingamama I'll give that a try. I do eat protein porridge, though I have to confess it's golden syrup instant porridge pot version Shock

B - cup of coffee and a protein bar.

L, cup of coffee

D, Parmesan, lemon and pepper crusted Atlantic salmon with garlic and herb baby new tatties, asparagus wrapped in parma ham. (Dh made and manager half of the meal)

1/2 bottle of wine and 6 galaxy minstrels.

Throughout the day I’ve drank 3L of water.

B - coffee
L - two cheese rolls
D two lamb chops, large salad
Then : ice cream, crisps, two glasses of wine and choc. I need to get more control over my evenings

Yes I used to use that but now I either use sugar free protein powder (although that still has sweetener in)

The best / healthiest I think is cooking oats with blueberries or chopped banana or grated apple.... because when it all cooks in together the sweetness of the fruit is nice and potent xx

L - leek and potato soup, Brie and cranberry sourdough
D - fish, chips and mushy peas - supermarket version rather than chippie, but pretty nice nonetheless.
I've also done a fair bit of grazing at a farm shop Christmas shopping thing, and I bought a selection of cakes which we're going to crack into with a cup of coffee in a minute.

Meal 3 - yogurt, berries, bran flakes oats, nuts & seeds

Meal 4- chicken veg wok, 2 spring rolls & Prawn crackers (takeaway)

Snack- 4 sugar free digestives

Pasta with smoked salmon, spinach, red peppers, red onion, green beans and cream

Drinks, tea, water, decaf coffee and small glass of fresh apple juice

B - Almond milk porridge with stewed apple, cinnamon and blueberries

L - A chicken breast and 5 gherkins. And also (separately!) Greek yoghurt with stewed apple added to it.

D - Sausage casserole

S - 2 figs, 5 prunes, few bits of dried mango and 20g of pistachios

Also drank some warm milk with turmeric, ginger and cinnamon added to it.

Intermittent fasting so no breakfast for me.

Lunch was a veggie packed omelette with mozzarella.
Mid afternoon snack was a pan au chocolate with a latte.
Dinner was roast chicken with roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots broccoli and cauliflower cheese.

Full to the brim now and that'll be me until about 12.30 tomorrow.

S - (and here's where the wheels fell off...) 4 big handfuls of salt and vinegar twirl crisps, 9 choco liebniz Bailey's flavour biscuits and a tuna mayo sandwich.

I have been AWFUL today

Morning sickness remedy 1st thing - 2 ginger nuts
B - golden syrup porridge slice
S - Philadelphia snack pot with breadsticks
L - chicken and bacon cesar salad, sun bite crisps, apple nutrigrain, and an apple
S - tic tacs and a golden Oreo
D - ham and mushroom pizza with salad followed by 2 hob nobs
