B porridge with banana, blueberries, pumpkin seeds and brown sugar
L roast pork, roast potatoes and parsnips, stuffing, carrots and cavalo Nero.
S tea and a homemade cinnamon bun.
I've made leek and potato soup for tea.

A lot of people eating porridge for breakfast this time of year. I'm also intrigued by the cauliflower porridge, though I also wondered about the zucchini protein porridge.

I grate a zucchini into the oats before cooking and then cook it all in together. It adds bulk to the meal and extra nutrients. Then I stir in vanilla protein powder once it's cooked xx
