Bruce Springsteen next July Hyde Park.... EEEEEK!!!

I'm beyond excited... I've been planning and waiting for him to come back to London... I've never seen him before..
Last time he played London was when my late DP was terminally ill so I couldn't go... My friends husband is taking me. Its been an in joke for years that as soon as Bruce's dates are announced then I'm borrowing him for the evening!!
I really enjoyed him at Glastonbury when I saw it the next day.. He is so bloody gorgeous.. One of those men who improves with age. 💙 💙 💙

I just managed to get tickets for Cardiff - so so so excited!!!! Right up in the gods but don't care 🤘

We got tickets for Cardiff too, I'm overly excited to see him in a stadium - BST felt weird to me as it was so spread out and too much going on. Paid a small fortune for tickets but going on last year it'll be worth it.

Im going to Wembley about in the middle of the stadium. The sound isnt great in there tbh but still Im looking forward to it couldnt get a hotel room at all so we are booked further out og London. Will it be the same set, I wonder?

We saw Coldplay last year at Wembley and commented how appalling the sound was although we've been to other concerts there and it was fine. I think it may depend on the artists equipment tbh.

I bought some wedged trainers because I’m 5’1” so trying to get some height 😂. I sat at Murrayfield last year and surrounded by miserable people who were there only to say they’d seen Springsteen I think and only came alive for Born in the USA so forked out for pit tickets this time.

I’m bloody sitting and I will be attached to my chemo cos they’ve changed the date of it!!! It’s out a dampener on things somewhat. I don’t know whether to ring Wembley or not. I’ve been looking at T-shirts on the official site but there’s nothing up there hardly. It’s hard to decide what to wear.

I'm going on Saturday. Poor DH doesn't like Bruce but will be sitting though his 4th concert! I ordered a t shirt from the website a few weeks ago so I'll be wearing that.

On Thursday it's just with DP and we're standing. Then we're taking the DC on Saturday - not bad for their first concert!

I'll be there on Saturday too!! Really looking forward to it and taking my 16 year old daughter for her first Bruce experience. I went to Cardiff earlier in the year, with DH, which was excellent. And to Hyde Park and Paris last year.
Probably wearing the t-shirt or jumper I picked up at Cardiff or the t-shirt from last year. Although currently having to negotiate which to hand over to my daughter for the evening!!

Are you going to box park first? I don’t think I can even bloody drink now. I’m just glad it’s outside. If you see anyone with a bag of chemo around their neck say hi😀😀😀 god I hope no one gets funny about it maybe I should tell them

I'll be there on Saturday too with a couple of friends. I've seen him once many years ago, and really looking forward to seeing him again. Not looking forward to the awful public transport home from Wembley afterwards though!

We're driving as I can't bear the thought of public transport - I panic on the Tube even when it's not crowded. It's £40 to park which is comparable to public transport anyway
