I hate it went it’s hot.

I get headaches, exhaustion, fatigue and just plain grumpy.

I swear like mad and I suffer from heat exhaustion very easily.

So bleh to the heat

Poor old doggy, it's awful seeing them struggle with the heat. My old Cavaliers both had dodgy tickers, cool mats helped loads. Soaking a tea towel in cold water, wringing it out and laying over them seemed to work too.

I can’t go outside without my sunglasses on. My eyes seem to be so so sensitive to the sun and I can’t even just squint. I have to close them fully. So sunglasses are a must for me

I'm not a heat hater, but I have very photosensitive eyes, so always wear sunglasses in bright weather.

Don't worry about it. I wear mine when it is cloudy bright. As a glasses wearer anyway I don't feel self conscious about wearing sunglasses. Honestly, no-one is pointing and laughing at you.

My people! I hate the heat. I feel miserable in it and have no energy. This year is particularly bad as I'm 26 weeks pregnant. Dreading the summer.

I'm not a heat lover either.

I'm currently sitting with 2 fans on me and I'm in east Scotland so not as warm as other places.

I have rosacea and am peri menopausal and my skin has decided to hate everything and is just itchy all the time. Made worse when sweating.

I do like being able to sit outdoors later in the evening but that's because the garden is shaded so it's cooler.

I hate it too. I'm very pale and got a bit sunburnt the other day just from walking to the bus stop and back. Sweaty, sticky, uncomfortable, makes it hard to sleep - I really don't see the appeal. At least in winter I can pile the layers on and warm up.

Summer and the heat that comes with it can royally do one, I've already had enough

I HATE the heat! Even when I was a kid I hated it. I live in the US and it's been over 95F the past couple of days, we even have heat advisories right now to stay inside if possible. I start getting anxious around March every year about the summer, now I can't wait til the fall!

The heat can fuck right off and take the rest of June, July and August with it.

We live in an over insulated flat with small window openings and no outside space. When you do have the windows open you have the smell of weed and/or crap music blasting from someone’s car. And DH is like a human furnace.

I've bought two winter coats today. I can't wait to wear them.

Absolute pain in the arse, I hate the heat, probably cos I’m from the frozen north. I was sweating simply washing up, admittedly I’d been on hands and knees vacuuming the dried mud from the stairs (thanks, dog), but ffs, I was constantly taking off my glasses to wipe my face. And what to do with a very lively dog at the weekend when everyone will be in the park where the river is? Hate it.

I hate it to. Putting toddlers to bed in the heat is the worst. Entertaining toddlers in the heat as well when they are grumpy and tired. Bring on the rain!

Hate it so much. Combined with worst hay fever ever and I'm a grumpy cow. Exhausted and miserable. So fed up with people saying "Hope you're enjoying the sunshine!"

Long time heat hater. Hello again all.

I'm on a week long residential in the SE with a junior school. Outdoor centre, massively hard, long and steep hill climb yesterday. I am totally fucked. 🥵🥵

38 tomorrow here, then 40 on Saturday with some rain maybe in Monday but still in the 30s.

I've got a sweaty butt crack and I don't care who knows it. And my hayfever came back this afternoon. Arsehole.

We got back from a hot holiday this morning. I’d forgotten how unbearable relentless heat was as haven’t been abroad for 3 years. It was in the late 30 degrees every day but at least there was a massive pool to keep jumping into, even so I was sick of it (and swollen ankles) by the end of the first week.

So looking forward to coming back to cooler temps but no such luck!
