We’ve just started watching Fireman Sam here so this thread has been inspired by Norman Price. What a wanker.

I can’t work out if it’s more or less painful than Paw Patrol. Why does an entire town (including it’s Mayor?!?!) need to be continuously saved by a ten year old boy?

I can never get behind the Bing hate personally.

Norman Price is far far worse than Bing. Bing behaves like a normal toddler but Norman is deliberately rude, unpleasant and impulsive. He never gets a bollocking which really irritates me. I also find it irritating how many CBeebies family are so relentlessly upbeat and happy clappy eg Waffle Dog. Would it be so bad to have a family of people who occasionally get annoyed? Shout? Scold?

This thread has made me laugh so much - thank you! It’s a long time since I’ve had to sit through the dross that is kids’ tv, but I felt the same rage for Barney as many posters here feel for Bing. Barney was/is a smug, self satisfied purple twat, and I hated him with a passion!

Ah I read this thread with such sympathy having suffered through repeated watchings of Bing the little bastard when Dd was small. As there's not many episodes it was just over and over. Seriously think it made me murderous. Whiny little shit. I'm now going through the YouTube stage and have similar feelings for actual real people.

I will say that Hey Duggee is hilarious and myself and colleagues at my nursery quote it. HELLO SPIDER!

Also not a cartoon but there is a woman in her 30's who talks as she plays Minecraft. My DC love it. Oh my GOD she fucking enrages me.

Somebody I used to know called Bungle 'Paedo bear'. I mean, have you seen his eyes?!

Not sure if this was answered- but I wondered about this when it first started then one day I twigged ( and felt daft).

They are Squirrels as a collective group in the same way you get Brownies or Scouts. but like you, I thought for ages 'they aren't squirrels!'

I've also never been able to find the words to explain why Mr Tumble and all his characters are the epitomy of NOPE but he is. He's like the creepy uncle you never, ever want to be in the same room as, kind of, but also just the deepest form of cringe. I hate it when things are mocked for being cringe but all my doors slam shut the moment I see or hear him.

I should also dislike the people in suits in Yo Gabba Gabba but that show's special guests got me through some times. Look up Mos Def as Super Mister Superhero on youtube and you'll see what I mean.
