The day the answer was Red Sea I got it in two guesses, was trying to think of what had two three letter words and on skimming the text got a feel for the rhythm of the article and was fairly confident that was the answer.

It doesn't always work, but it's usually fairly obvious early on if you're looking for a place, animal, person, thing, process etc

Yesterday's "Shaktism" was an absolute stinker with 183 guesses and I didn't start until 4pm so felt properly under pressure. I don't consider Googling and finding more key words to be cheating if you have no knowledge of the subject.

133 guesses 69.4% accuracy. Phew. Didn't do yesterday as we were out all day. Looks like I dodged a bullet!

Terrible accuracy today! It took me a long time to get onto the general theme and then, frustratingly, I thought I'd already guessed the second word of the title!

I had to Google for the first word as this is a subject I know very, very little about. But I really don't see the issue with Googling - you have to have worked out enough about the topic to know where to start!
