Vardy took it to court after refusing to take Rooney's offer to settle. Rooney offered money but refused a public apology apparently.

I'm on CR side. RV has made her look like a right snakey cunt and no one will trust her ever again. I think she may be very lonely in future! I don't think she will be privy to any news or parties etc.....

They are both utterly pointless and vacuous.

Waste of money that should have gone to charity or food banks.

I wasn’t aware of RV before Wagatha exploded and although I’m sure she’s a believer in all publicity is good publicity, this is definitely not going to be that!

Assume RV is continuing because it’s so hard for CR to prove it was definitely her that RV will quite likely win. She doesn’t seem to care that she’s not actually protecting her reputation at all. Quite the opposite.

I am thankful for RV though as I’m very much enjoying the spectacle. She’s 50% cartoon villain and 50% Samantha Brick

It's amusing to follow. I can't imagine anyone on RVs side, seeing as she took it to court and is obviously guilty. Also amusing is all the virtue signalling from people on this thread, who all eat bread and cheese and never go on holiday or to the cinema presumably. Cue someone coming along and saying they never do any of those things 😆

I think that to know that someone you think of as a mate is selling you out for money must be grim. I completely sympathise with CR's need to find out who it was.

Ideally she would have taken the moral high ground, just frozen RV out but and resisted the urge to call her out in public, but I can totally understand the temptation. And if I'd given way to that temptation then no way would I have apologised and paid RV off. CR has the money to fight it and show RV up for what she is, and good for her.

We're all entertained, the lawyers get a payday, CR comes out of it possibly poorer but with her reputation enhanced. Everyone's a winner apart from RV and Peter Andre.

I have just read Peter Andre's comments and he is so right about the media making fair game of some people. His poor kids have to wad about him and his small penis. He makes the point that we would be incensed if he sold a story saying 'RV had a massive Fanny, stank of sweat and it was like shagging a plank of wood'.

I might have rather more sympathy for Andre had he not been a 1990s one-hit wonder who had spent the last 20+ years pursuing an entirely pointless ‘career’ as a media whor tart.

I think RV has got a nasty ruthless streak. And that's on display for the world to see. It speaks volumes when family refuse to attend a wedding.........

But CR isn't exactly likeable either. She hasn't been shy about paying for Backgrid snaps when she's coming out of the gym(with no sign of sweat or workout having gone on)/coffee shops/holidays. As for putting up with such a disgusting slimeball of a cheat......... words fail me.

I don't think either are coming out of this particularly well to be honest. Both have played the media, and got burned.
