@DingleyDel there is a tape of just after the finger incident. It clearly says she did it. She actually apologises for it. Also she admits to taking cocaine, Xanax, hallucinogenics and ecstasy and her dog x-nurse testified she had an addiction to drugs. I mean that sounds like she had a problem to me. They both did.

but she has clearly stated he raped her and as it is a civil case she does not have to prove it . IF it is not true that is the most desperate of all the accusations.

Last night I watched the testimony of his friend and his business manger. They were so utterly believable. The business manager was so on the ball. It turns out the divorce settlement cost Depp $30m. The agreement was that he was supposed to be sending the cheques to the ACLU and the children's hospital on behalf of Amber Heard. But after the first payment was sent out, she changed her mind and had the money sent to herself. I'm not sure if, after that, any money was paid to the charities.
His friend loved AH. He spoke really well about her. But he was so damning about what she had claimed. She showed him the apparent bruises and there was nothing there. Two really solid witnesses. In fact all his witnesses were really good. Or maybe Heards lawyers are just very weak.
After what I heard, if I had Depps money, I'd take her to court. Even though he's going to lose, it's the only way he has to fight the impression that he was a wifebeater and Heard was an innocent victim. From the evidence I've heard so far, I don't know how the UK judge came to the conclusions he did. So I'm waiting for Heards evidence because there must be some really strong stuff in it.
I think Depp will lose in court, but win in Hollywood and in the court of (most of the) public opinion.

There are photos of her with his kids so how do you reach the conclusion that she didn’t know them?!

She's in court answering questions about specific incidents. If the children were present at those incidents of course they are going to be mentioned.

If I was being sued for $50m I wouldn't leave out something relevant (eg that she left the island with one of the children not alone) just for the principle of not 'bringing the children into it'.

It's not her fault that his ex wife and children had already had issues with his alcohol and substance abuse that meant they were concerned about him drinking. It had begun long before she came along.

Because his dad left his abusive mum when he was a teenager and he was angry with him for doing so. He wanted to make it work because he didn't want to fail like he thought his dad did.

Still no links to the clips someone claimed showed AH 'practicing crying and breaking down' before the trial? It's almost like they don't exist, isn't it?

Maybe after being in front of the woman who made all of these false allegations for hours, sitting there in front of his abuser, he's desperate to get out of there.

It's complete disbelief. He's laughing because he can't believe the insanity of what she's saying. Neither can those of us who have seen all of the evidence.

That's changed now. On Thursday she said in court that he smashed the phone to pieces against the wall. No mention of him hitting her with it. Then again, she is now claiming that's how he severed his finger so he couldn't have used it against her or her story wouldn't work.
So many changes to her story. I can't wait for cross.

I think it’s because we’ve all seen more convincing acting in school plays. It’s very OTT and cringey!

I watched a YouTube video where this claim is made, I imagine you may have seen the same one, with the speech bubbles supposedly showing what was said.

The thing is that if you listen carefully and forget about the captions, that's not what she says. She's upset and saying sorry which I can imagine is because the staff have arrived to a scene of carnage which she feels mortified about.

She absolutely doesn't say she injured his finger. The drugs are mentioned in the context of Johnny hiding bags of cocaine from her, she then goes on to say he was taking ecstacy, hallucinogens etc.

His staff clearly say she was stone cold sober the day before, and didn't smell of alcohol. They don't mention that she's high, and she doesn't sound it. They talk about the mess he's made and say he's unwell and needs help.

There is so much misinformation going around.

This is another example. There are pictures of them earlier on the same day going ziplining and he's wearing a helmet with straps going down the side of his face that later looks red in photos.

What a picture of a man who you have no idea of how or why he had marks on his face and laying the cause of them at the feet of AH? That's your evidence?

Yes, this is my point. The recording is them talking about Johnny's drugtaking, all HE was popping was... etc etc.
The video is completely misleading because you're reading and listening at the same time so you automatically accept the words you're reading. The audio is slightly unclear so they can get away with it. Quite clever really.

It's a bit like the thing that went viral claiming she quoted Talented Mr Ripley. People who may have watched her testimony and then saw that thought "oh yes...I think I did hear something like that."

I didn't ignore it. But I noticed a few times the two didn't match up so I went back and listened again. The video creator does the same thing in several places.

What I find interesting is when she is the one who's doing the recording she always seems 'better ' and that would make sense she obviously knows she is being recorded so on her best behaviour, and when u listen to someone when she sounding awful it's his recording , it's when she doesn't know she is recorded! Funny that!
