Just found out I'm going to be working, but would love to hear about your plans for the extra long weekend next month.

As I'll be 38 weeks pregnant; eating hot curries, walking lots and having sex if I can bear to 😂 Anything to get the baby out!

MirandaWest · 02/05/2022 17:27

I’ll be working Thursday Friday and Saturday (I get Sunday off). DS and DD have A Levels and GCSEs so not much else happening

Cubangal · 02/05/2022 17:34

Nothing, it's not relevant in my life.

Potterbore · 02/05/2022 17:35

On holiday in Holland 😀

123sunshine · 02/05/2022 17:39

On holiday, New York and Mexico, can’t wait!

Beit · 02/05/2022 17:44

Thinking to lock the doors after gathering a pile of books from the library, no tv and emerge when it’s all over. Wondering how many days after I’ll be needing!

IpanemaFleur · 02/05/2022 17:45

We are also going the Netherlands on holiday, waves to Potterbore

MrsJBaptiste · 02/05/2022 17:52

DH is working Thurs-Sat so I haven't got any plans as yet...
We will be out in town for Bank Hol drinks on the Sunday afternoon though as we both have the Monday off 🍺🍺🍺

I live on a hill, and one of the beacons is going to be lit near my house.

Ragwort · 02/05/2022 17:59

Baking cakes for an old folks party Grin, street party where I live, special Church service, enjoying watching the celebrations on tv ... I genuinely love these sort of community events Smile . And planning a big display window for the charity shop I manage.

MissMarplesGoddaughter · 02/05/2022 18:03

Celebrating with street party with family and neighbours 👍

SunflowerSmith · 02/05/2022 18:08

We'll be at our caravan and the site are having entertainment, an Elvis tribute, bbq, and magician for the kids.
I'm really looking forward to it, I haven't got any interest in the royal family or the jubilee but love the excuse to get together with people abd have fun

ParkheadParadise · 02/05/2022 18:09

Lying on a beach in Cyprus.
I definitely won't be thinking about Auld Lizzy and her fucked up family.

pointythings · 02/05/2022 19:40

Spending time with the adult DC,. going to the beach if the weather permits and ignoring the whole royal rigmarole.
