Just found out I'm going to be working, but would love to hear about your plans for the extra long weekend next month.

Nothing, have no interest in the jubilee celebrations at all.

Possibly packing/cleaning etc for moving home. Or nothing.

I run a pub. We’re having bands/djs every night and then I’m doing a jubilee quiz. I just need to knuckle down and write the damn thing.

Working -which I'm very pleased about as I won't have to be party to seeing the whole revolting spectacle on tv/social media.

Holiday cottage in the middle of nowhere with no WiFi and a tiny tv we won’t bother to put on. Bliss! Feel lucky to find it at relatively short notice.
I remember the 1977 Jubilee, with a great street party, but that’s a world away now and I’m not in the least bit interested in this one.

I have managed to wangle the whole week off but haven’t thought what we’re going to do for The Jubilee. Might have a patriotic themed afternoon tea with my parents but no street parties as we don’t know our neighbours.
