Remote control or hoofer doofer.
Am old enough to remember when it was attached to the TV by a curly wire.

Imabouttoexplode · 27/04/2022 22:55

The blob or the thingymabob.

SilentBob · 27/04/2022 22:55

Usually the doozer but I use doozer to mean whatever it is I may need at any given point in time. Usually the other person looks over, sees what I am missing and figures out what I mean.

When my daughter lived at home it was the comote rontrol because that's how she said it.

HoobleDooble · 27/04/2022 22:57

Is this a regional thing as never heard this word any family or friends?!

Topbird29 · 27/04/2022 23:06

The remote. Although, do remember the good old days when had to get off your bum and change channel on the TV, with your finger! Being the kid, I usually got given that job.

BlossomWood · 27/04/2022 23:08

Remote or doofer (complete with actions)
