Can I show off my Easter cake? And would anyone like to show me theirs?

19yo DS1 came home from uni wanting to learn how to do lots of different cake-making, icing and sugarcraft, so we've had a fun few weeks, culminating in this Easter cake which we made all the flowers for together

It's a six-layer chocolate cake with whipped milk chocolate ganache filling, dark chocolate ganache coating, and piped sweetened chocolate whipped cream.

Anyone else made an Easter cake they want to post a pic of?

I love all the Simnel cakes! I've never made one. I think I might do that next year, they look so gorgeous.

Well not the best decorating (let's call it rustic) but this my chocolate fudge cake and it is the only cake I can guarantee is perfect everytime I make it and it is amazing.

My first vegan Simnel cake - complete with lambs (last minute decorations as hadn't got anything Eastery to hand!).
