Oats, pumpkin seeds, raspberries, blueberries and banana; toast and Marmite, black coffee.
Cappuccino and half a vegetable pancake.
Toasted cheese and tomato sandwich, apple.
Tea and chocolate fudge cake.
Supper will be slow cooker casserole of chicken thighs, potatoes, carrots, etc., and kale. And some wine.

really want to go shop and get some crisps but I’m ill look like crap and don’t want to go out and it’s all I fancy.
I usually eat much healthier.

I had OJ, with a banana and toast and marmite for breakfast, with a cuppa.
Lunch - teriyaki chicken
It went downhill from there.
I'm not going to confess how many chocolates I snaffled.
Now I've got a glass of chilled sav' blanc.
Teriyaki chicken with stirfried veges on udon noodles for tea.

I'm always amazed by how much more I eat than most people on these threads. Im not overweight and get quite slim when my appetite dips (if sad/ anxious, which I'm not atm)

B - 1 milk and sugar coffee, trek oat and chocolate bar, banana

Milky coffee

L - cheese and tomato sandwich on sourdough, 2 nectarines and 1 tea

Nakd bar

D - Lentil and vegetable stew, nan bread, x2 helpings

Magnum, 4 biscuits, sugary tea

Yesterday

Two slices of toast spread with cream cheese and some grapes.

Butternut squash soup with crusty bread and butter.

A biscuit with a cup of tea.

Today

Went to Costa for lunch and had an egg, spinach and mushroom roll with a skinny latte.

Dinner was garlic broccoli pasta.

Another cup of tea and biscuit tonight after dinner.

L Wholemeal pitta, red pepper houmous, roasted veg, feta, pea shoot salad
S Mixed berries
D Soy & honey salmon traybake (salmon, tenderstem broccoli, edamame, green beans) with jasmine rice
S Small bar dark chocolate with mint

Yesterday

Oat milk latte
B Same as today with blueberries
L Same as today (only half a pitta & without the feta)
S Handful roasted salted nuts
D Baked greek cheese & gnocchi with salad
S 3 x Percy Pigtails (fizzy sweets, Sparks card freebie)

Low sugar/no salt added muesli
Black tea

Plain scone halved: butter on one half, butter and a small piece of cheese on the other plus quarter slice soda bread with peanut butter plus two large cups espresso coffee

Two small fruit hot crossed buns with butter plus black tea

Roast vegetables with two chicken thighs

Lots of water

I'm about to have a slice of soda bread with butter and cheese and a cup of hot milk - then sleep! 🌹

A iced caramel latte

ham hock in a wrap with sour cream and a kitkat

a protein bar (barebells salted peanut)

sirloin steak, roasted veg in garlic oil and boiled potatoes

A handful of sour wine gums (they aren’t as good as classic ones)

A cup of tea with milk and 2 sugars

@boomoohoo - don't compare what you eat with anyone else, our bodies are all different, we all have different activity levels and nutritional needs, also you know your body and what you need and it's great that you listen to that.

L - flageolet beans, melon, raspberries
D - chickpea, cauliflower and cashew curry with black rice followed by an apple and a packet of trail mix (brazil nuts, dried cranberries, almonds, coconut chips)

Tuna mayo, onion and cheese toasty, carrot and cucumber sticks with hummus, 3 salt and vinegar rice cakes and an apple
Another apple and a cup-a-soup, a couple of handfuls of granola
Teriyaki salmon,huge portion of brown rice, radish, sugar snap peas and peppers, white chocolate Bueno
Cup of tea, 3 ryvitas spread with almond butter and honey, a couple of squares dark chocolate

Thinking of what else is in the cupboards as I'm still peckish...
