Yesterday I ate overnight oats made with Greek yogurt, with (defrosted) frozen berries and nuts
An apple and 3 rice cakes spread with almond butter
Tinned mackerel in spicy tomato sauce on 2 slices brown toast with a salad. A bowl of berries
3 crumpets with butter and jam and a decaf tea
2 portions of chicken and sweet potato stew
(Here's where it gets mega unhealthy- I was ravenous and just wanted sugar...)
A banana, an oaty kind bar, a packet of go-ahead slices, 2 fig rolls, a lion bar, a handful of nuts, a Snickers, 2 KitKats and a nakd bar.

Then I went to bed before I ate the house 😂

Brunch: apple and kiwi, cheese and onion toasty
Snacks: one slice marmite on toast, a biscuit
Dinner: fisherman's pie with steamed broccoli and cabbage.

Overnight oats with berries and milled linseeds,
3 rice cakes with almond butter and a decaf tea
Tuna, sweetcorn and salad cream sandwich, carrot sticks, a packet of snack-a-jacks, an apple and some grapes
2 alpen bars and a 2 finger KitKat
Chicken and sweet potato stew
A big bowl of porridge with honey

Dinner: sag aloo, yoghurt, mango chutney, poppadom; 2 x choc truffles

Coffee (caf & decaf), low-sugar squash, water, throughout day.

D - chargrilled courgettes, peppers and artichokes in oil, marinated cauliflower with tahini, pile of corn crackers

Was a weird day, didn't get a chance to eat really although i am trying to lose weight so am hoping that will help!

Breakfast - spinach and mushroom omelette with a slice of toast

lunch - a few crackers with cheese, an apple and satsuma

tea - it’s in the slow cooker now, creamy chicken curry. With rice and green beans.

Pasta Bolognese topped with cheese, an alpen bar
6 inch subway ham and turkey (doubled up on the meat) with salad, a packet of revels and 2 sherbet lemon sweets
Half a punnet of grapes
Tuna pasta salad
Carrot sticks and hummus
Banana and chocolate chip baked oats
3 ryvitas with almond butter and a cup of decaf tea

Yesterday:
B: eggs, halloumi, olives, tomatoes, peppers, sausage, bread, yoghurt, tahini spread, bread (basically big turkish breakfast).
L: soft tofu with sesame oil & soy sauce, cucumber, spring onions, sweetcorn.
D: chicken nuggets, broccoli, halloumi fries, ham croquettes; mini ice-cream.

Coffee, water, squash, throughout day.

S - homemade flapjack
L - 2 poached eggs, spinach, ham on 2 small slices of onion bread
Tangerine and a mini almond magnum
Not sure what's for dinner yet.

S: Danish pastry, satsuma, cheese.
D: Dumplings, noodles, grilled lamb, onions, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber.

Coffee, squash, green tea, water, diet coke throughout.

Oat milk latte

Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, full fat green yoghurt, mango & passionfruit kefir, ground linseeds

Wholemeal pitta, cheese, coleslaw, salad (lettuce, radish, cucumber, tomatoes, olives)

Lidl double raspberry ice cream lolly (fake magnum thing)

Roasted tofu, mushrooms & green veg with sticky orange sauce, pak choi, rice

Today:

Kiwi, Strawberries, full fat greek yoghurt, mango & passionfruit kefir, granola

Going to have egg mayo in pitta bread with salad shortly

Fri : Breakfast - two slices toast with peanut butter, Lunch - strawberries, blueberries, grapes, banana, apple, Dinner - ham sandwich, quiche, Pudding - lemon cake, chocolate cake.
Sat: Breakfast - banana bread, Lunch - hummus and flatbread, Dinner - baked brie with bread and butter, Pudding - scone and jam, biscuits.
Sun: Breakfast - 2 slices toast with butter, Lunch - strawberries, blueberries, grapes, apple, Dinner - sausages in baguette.

Yesterday
Brunch: fish finger sandwich, pineapple and apple
Snacks: some left overs from a tea party: little bits of cakes scones etc. Bombay mix
Dinner: Couscous salad with halloumi and chickpeas

Today
Brunch: pineapple, apricot, fried egg and cheese sandwich
Dinner will be: oven chips and breaded fish fillets with lots of veg

Sultana bran & milk for breakfast.
Wholemeal bagel with houmous & salad for lunch.
Snacked on handful of unsalted cashew nuts, mini chocolate biscuit, 2 satsumas, an apple & a small banana.
Dinner is salmon, roast sweet potato & green veg. Greek yoghurt & strawberries for pud.
