Feel like I've eaten loads today!

Oat milk latte

B Greek yoghurt with stewed rhubarb, milled linseed & spoonful protein granola

L Roast vegetables (courgette, aubergine, onion, peppers), feta, red pepper houmous pomegranate molasses

S Salt & vinegar pop outs
Mint dark chocolate

D Jacket potato, tuna with spring onion, chopped gherkins & mayo, cottage cheese & chives, large side salad (lettuce, cucumber, baby plum tomatoes, radish)

Snack: Frazzles, mango, satsuma.
Dinner; Lamb kebab, rice, greek salad; strawberries and oatly cream

Coffee, decaff coffee, water, flavoured sparkling water.

D- chicken and bacon risotto

snacks so far have been some salted caramel popcorn and a bag of chicken crisps. I’ve got 200 calories left so I’m saving them for a brew and a penguin with love island

Leftover Waldorf salad & wholemeal pitta

Raspberry fake magnum lolly

Peanut brittle bites

2 x plums & satsuma

Spinach & ricotta tortellini, kale, mushroom & veggie sausage pasta bake

Mixed salted nuts

Today

Oat milk latte

Will make mushrooms, spinach, avocado & poached egg on toast shortly

Breakfast was a chocolate protein shake

lunch was a greggs ham salad Baguette and a costa iced caramel latte

Dinner was a Sunday dinner roast chicken, mash, parsnips, carrots, cauliflower and 2 yorkshires

finished the day off with a cup of tea with 2 sugars

Fri: Breakfast - strawberries and an apricot, Lunch - tomato, carrots and houmous, an apple, an orange, Dinner - jacket potato with butter and cheese and salad, Pudding - bara brith.
Sat: Breakfast - strawberries, blueberries, grapes, apple, Lunch - houmous and toast, Dinner - scampi and salad followed by an orange.
Sun: Breakfast - an apple, Lunch - feta, pepper and pesto toastie, Dinner - fried chicken, Pudding - date, honey and oat crumble slice.

Breakfast: Cinnamon bagel and coffee.

Mid-morning: Pain au chocolate and croissant left over from today's pre exam breakfast session.

Lunch: "Massive" salad. Yes, really. Salad nicoise made from; new potatoes, 1 boiled egg, 1/2 can of tuna,handful of olives, 1 tomato and a handful of lettuce, all mixed together and covered in dressing.
Cup of tea.

Orange.

Dinner tonight: Pasta with cheese, leek and mushroom sauce served with greens and carrots.

Water every now and then from the bottle.

Snack 2 slices of toast with butter and honey and a cup of tea
Lunch triple decker club Sandwich with chips. A yogurt and berries
Snack an apple, a mint aero and a Snickers
Dinner salad with new potatoes and a tin of sardines and a boiled egg
Snack cup of decaf tea and (so far) 4 hobnobs. It's not even 7pm so there'll be more snacks later!

@JellyBellyNelly homemade cherry cake sounds amazing- was it a bakewell type thing?

Breakfast today was a thin with cheese and ham (I got a crimpit and wanted to give it a go!)

lunch was eggs and bacon in a wrap followed by some salted caramel popcorn and a graze fibre square thing

Dinner was chicken tikka with basmati rice and 4 sharwoods popodoms (when I realised they were only 40 calories each 🙌)

also had a protein shake after the gym

I have no idea what is going on with me at the moment...
4am woke up and couldn't sleep as I was starving. Got up and made a big bowl of granola with milk then had 2 hobnob biscuits
7am overnight oats with berries, nuts and seeds, a yogurt and a packet of go ahead slices
9am 3 slices of toast, one with almond butter, two with butter and honey, and an apple
1030 a curly wurly and a banana
1200 a whole spicy beef pizza
1300 a brownie
1500 a misfits protein bar, a bunch of grapes, an apple
1700 a packet of snack a jack's
1900 chicken stew and dumplings, a filled doughnut
2030 a cup of decaf tea and 2 hobnobs
I currently have a big pan of porridge on the hob, hoping that that'll fill me up!
