Big bowl of cacao, banana and almond butter overnight oats
Ham and cheese omlette, salady bits, an apple and a caramel kind bar
Chicken teriyaki subway sandwich and a kiwi
A packet moaom sweets
Chicken pad Thai, another apple and a double decker bar
Chocolate brownie and a cup of decaf tea

If I'm still hungry later I'll make a bowl of porridge later

Probably a bit too much Diet Coke and half a slice of lemon and blueberry cake.

Skipped breakfast which I don’t normally do

Lunch was scrambled eggs on brown toast & Greek yoghurt with banana, pear & almonds

Dinner was tagliatelle with meatballs, then more Greek yoghurt with raspberries

I do 16/8 fasting so no breakfast:

Lunch
Half a tin of beans
3 slices of 50/50 toast with low fat spread

Dinner
2 salmon fishcakes
200g oven chips
LARGE salad of lambs lettuce, raw beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes with 10g of caesar dressing

About 6 cups of green tea and two decaf coffees with oat milk

I wouldn't normally eat 2 fishcakes but DH hates salmon and did a step class so was really hungry!

2 cups of decaf tea with 3 slices of banana bread and a KitKat
Beef and lentil curry with rice (big portion)
Another apple. Another slice of banana bread. Another KitKat. A handful mixed nuts.
Tbh I could eat more...

If it makes any difference, it was homemade sugar free banana bread with ground almonds so it was a little bit healthy?!

tea was a cottage pie with green beans

snack - a satsuma, a chocolate cookie

No breakfast, lots of coffee (slightly hungover)
Barbecued chicken, coleslaw, potato salad, green salad, crusty bread.
A piece of chocolate brownie and a little bit of lemon and blueberry cake. Craving sugar!
Not really planning on eating anything else - maybe a piece of toast later tonight.

Sat : Breakfast - strawberries, blueberries, grapes, Lunch - chicken, egg, almonds, bulgur and rice salad, Snack - an orange, Dinner - bacon sandwiches, Pudding - date slice.
Sun : Breakfast - strawberries, blueberries, grapes, Lunch - scrambled eggs on sourdough toast, Snack - an orange, Dinner - stuffed paratha.
