B - 2 small pieces of rye sourdough with butter and marmite
S - banana
L - 2 oatcakes, hummus, cucumber, carrot, peppers. Apple.
S - a handful of almonds and raisins
D - gnocchi with bacon, spinach and tomato sauce. Small portion with salad.
A slither of ds's homemade bread.

Breakfast big bowl of overnight oats with blueberries
Snack cup of tea and 2 ryvitas with almond butter and jam and a KitKat
Snack a Kellogg's rice Krispie square, an orange and a few squares of dark chocolate
Lunch chicken, bacon and salad wrap with cheesy chips
Snack a packet of haribo tangtastics, a kind almond butter breakfast bar, a handful of nuts, an apple and another couple of squares of dark chocolate, plus a handful of granola
Dinner - veg and lentil stew with feta cheese, carrot sticks and hummus and 3 ryvita and hummus
For supper later I've made some flapjacks, so will have one or two of them

Writing this down has made me feel disgustingly porky! I'm breastfeeding and I have days where I'm constantly hungry, I've been on a 3 day binge so far- nothing is seeming to fill me up!

B-Banana, raspberries and strawberries with Greek yoghurt and a sprinkle of muesli
L-Hummus, carrot, cucumber, pepper. One slice of sourdough with tuna mayo. A mini almond magnum
D - pulled pork, homemade coleslaw, salad, sweet potato wedges.
A piece of dark chocolate.
A banana this evening as for some reason I'm starving!

A bit of brownie

Fri: Breakfast - cranberry and raisin porridge pot, Lunch - sour cream and onion crispbread, twiglets, an apple, Dinner - two bacon sandwiches.
Sat: Breakfast - 2 slices toast with butter and marmite, Lunch - fried egg roll with crisps, Dinner - sausages, mash and beans, Pudding - chelsea bun.
Sun: Breakfast - a banana, Lunch - 2 slices bread and butter, quail eggs with mayo dip and crisps, Dinner - lamb dupiaza and stuffed paratha, Pudding - cherry crumble cake.

Yesterday: breakfast chocolate banana overnight oats
Snack: cup of decaf tea and a kind breakfast bar
Lunch green veg soup, 4 ryvitas and hummus
Snack : cup of decaf tea and a graze bar
Dinner: roast chicken breast, roast potatoes and veg. Dessert: small ice cream
Supper- decaf tea, 3 ryvitas with almond butter and jam, a handful mixed nuts , 3 squares of chocolate

Lovely smoothie made with Spinach, Kale, Mango, Banana, Almond Milk, Supergreen Powder and Chia Seeds.

Dinner will be a Sweet Potato, Spinach and Chickpea Curry with Chapattis.

A coffee with a naughty homemade cookie bar with marshmallow frosting (day off to a bad start!)

3 corn cakes with cream cheese and mackeral in tomato sauce
A light strawberry greek yoghurt

Dinner will be hunters chicken, sweet pot chips, green beans, baby corns & slaw.

I definitely won't be having dessert!
