Breakfast: A banana & a coffee

Lunch: Wholemeal bagel with houmous, avocado, cucumber, spinach & tomato

Snacks: apple, satsuma

Dinner. Veggie omelette & salad

I’m trying to be a bit healthier after a weekend of excess!

Water and tea to drink
S: handful of spicy rice crackers

This is a good day. Should come in under 1400 calories. I've also done 15k steps.

tea will be pork chops, pots and veg
snack was a Tesco's solero and very nice it was too! Possibly a biscuit or two tonight

lunch: Pea soup with butter sourdough

Breakfast- two croissants, latte, vitamin c drink (creature of habit I have this most days)

Lunch -sourdough bread, chicken and olives

Snack - berries and one protein ball

(Though I had just chocolate for lunch/snack yesterday, so trying to be healthier again today.

Dinner: pre prepared salmon and salad (lazy!)

I'm breastfeeding and the amount of crap I'm eating at the moment is insane. I'm actually shocked I'm not putting on any weight. My sweet tooth is out of control!

Dinner: NIcoise Salad and White wine spritzer
Snack: 4 squares of Rum and Raisin Chocolate and a couple of large spoonfuls of coconut yoghurt

L - salad, couscous, slice of cheddar. Banana, grapes and raspberries
D - sausages, little bit of toad in the hole batter and a spoonful of mash, tender stem broccoli, carrots and peas.

1 tea with semi skimmed, 1 flat white coffee, 1 glass pressed apple juice, 1 glass red wine.
