On a serious note, these type of thread and similar on Insta have lead to a friend’s anorexia!

What use is it to know that others eat, aside to punish yourself, feel guilty or to spur you on to cut your food intake as you feel like a greedy bastard?

I find it useful for ideas and I also take things with a pinch of salt. Some people lie online. I mean for all you know I could have eaten a dairy milk and 3 cans of coke but how would you know?

Anyway for me, I am at risk of GD and currently pregnant so trying to experiment with what I can eat. A friend advised me to lower carbs so that's what I'm doing

B: low carb toast with avocado
L: egg and avocado mashed in low carb wholemeal wrap
D: burrata, Tomato salad, cos with blue cheese dressing, pesto green beans and a bit of pasta
Snacks: coconut yoghurt and 75% dark choc
Drinks: 1.5 l water, tea, coffee

I don't see anyone competitively under-eating on this thread. This isn't a weight loss thread. Did you not notice?

So far I've had brunch:
2 poached eggs on 2 slices of marmite on toast with sliced avocado.
An apple and 2 mint chocolates.

Later I'll have smoked salmon pizza and salad. I tend to only have 2 meals a day -brunch and early dinner.

Me too. Well soon to be third now. I do intermittent fasting and generally don't feel hungry or that I need any food before 2pm

B - muesli orange juice and Greek yoghurt
S - banana
L - hummus, falafel, salad. Slice of melon
S - handful of almonds and raisins. Chuppa chup lolly.
Dinner is Chilli con carne. Family will have rice, I'll have mine with salad.

L- leftover cottage pie
D- satay noodles (homemade sauce) with broccoli, pepper, onion, carrot and courgette. I feel sick now.

drinks - water, Coke Zero, decaf coffee and an elderflower spring water fizzy thing.

Sainsburys TTD artisan cheese roll thing with butter and thin ham slices. 4 plain crackers with cheddar spread.

Home made green Thai chicken curry with red pepper, baby sweetcorn and green beans and rice.

I mug tea with semi skimmed, I mug black coffee with 1 tsp sugar, 2 glasses white Rioja.

Sat: Breakfast - 2 slices bread and butter, Lunch - goats cheese and pepper quiche with coleslaw and salad, Dinner - Lamb biryani, chana masala, sea bass pakora, pea kachori, poppadoms.
Sun: Breakfast - 1 weetabix and milk, Lunch - ham and cheese toastie, Snack - an orange, Dinner - fishfinger and scampi sandwich, Pudding - marlborough bun.
