Cappuccino & croissant for breakfast

Chicken & bacon salad, low fat hazelnut yogurt for lunch

Noodles and a bag of cheese & onion crisps for dinner 🙈

3 Reece's cups, Diet Coke & banana in between

L: Salmon paste sandwich on whole meal hovis bread, minestrone slim a soup and French fries crisps

D: pasta pesto with prawns and peas. 2 dough balls

I love reading what everyone's eaten 😁

Breakfast - cup of tea and wholemeal toast with peanut butter

Lunch - a Greggs chicken sandwich and bean and cheese melt

Snack - sushi snack tray from supermarket

Tea - oxtail chilli with sweetcorn salsa, guac and rice. Followed by some Tony's chocolate.

Made a mental note to eat more fruit tomorrow 😬

I'll do yesterday too because I feel like I eat loads in comparison to some people 🤣

1st breakfast- bit of fritatta and sourkraut (can't spell it)

2nd breakfast - pain au chocolate

Lunch - leaves, celeriac coleslaw, potato salad, tomatoes, a gherkin, spiced bulgur wheat and raisins

Snack - a tangerine and bag of crisps

Tea - bits foraged. Some cheese, focaccia, olives, a savoury tart reheated, some grilled peppers. A yogurt.

Felt a bit sick and pre-menstrual today so didn’t manage breakfast, and had just a couple of bits of fruit for lunch.

After work my appetite came back. I had a slice of crusty brown bread with houmous & roasted veg at about 4pm, chicken & veg stirfry & noodles for dinner, Greek yoghurt with raspberries, banana & honey for pud .

Is that over 2 days ? If so you are underestimating how much the average person eats !!

oatcakes with cheese, apple, prunes, dried apricots, loads of tea with milk & honey, water with lemon & lime, Kit Kat, 3 bean casserole with sprouts, carrots, green beans, more bloody tea, ratatouille, olives, toasted bread, brownies with pecans & walnuts (flash and homemade because I’m on annual leave and have a friend coming tomorrow for lunch), raspberries

Yesterday:
didn’t manage breakfast because I was faffing over how to get DS to a new playgroup. Two cups of tea
S: coffee and toasted marshmallow at playgroup
L: hummus, cucumber, red pepper, chive and onion twists, leftover parmentier potatoes, squares bar, banana
D: Chicken salad with coleslaw on herbs and cheese aldi metro rolls, triple chocolate cookie

Not as much water as I like, pint of peach juice, one glass of pepsi max

Lentil baked crisps (like Square crisps if anyone remembers them)

Prawns, veg (sweetcorn, pak Choi, beans, carrots) with egg noodles in black bean sauce (homemade)

tea is going to be a slow cooked chilli on jacket potato with some salad

S - a drumstick lolly and a few white chocolate buttons, handful of almonds and raisins
D will be spinach, chickpea and cauliflower curry

Crusty roll with butter, thin roast beef slices, French mustard. Half a grab bag packet of quavers.

Margherita pizza pimped up with home made roasted veg (cherry tomatoes and peppers), salad, coleslaw, olives.

1 mug tea with semi skimmed, 1 flat white coffee, 1 glass pressed apple juice, 1 large glass white wine.

On a serious note, these type of thread and similar on Insta have lead to a friend’s anorexia!

What use is it to know that others eat, aside to punish yourself, feel guilty or to spur you on to cut your food intake as you feel like a greedy bastard?

3 wheat crackers with lebneh, spinach, flax seeds, avocado and a pear

Lunch
Small chicken breast with aubergine, mushrooms, peas, green pepper and spinach with a cayenne pepper marinade and feta
Greek yoghurt with walnuts and strawberries

Dinner
Fish fillet with pak choi, edamame, rice and a soy, sesame and garlic marinade

Then some haribo and a Pepsi with loads of ice ☺️

(it’s time of the month otherwise I wouldn’t normally consume that much sweet stuff)
