D-honey/lime/chilli/garlic salmon with rice noodles and stir fried vegetables in soy sauce

B - vanilla soya yoghurt, mixed granola/muesli, banana, blueberries, pumpkin seeds
L - nairns flatbread with avocado and tomato (don't even like avocado, not sure why I bought it!!)
D - sausage gnocchi bake thing I just threw together with gf/df garlic bread
Snacks - Hula hoops, Nairns biscuits, many spoonfuls of peanut butter straight from the jar 😂 I'll have some chocolate later

S - banana
L - spinach, falafel, avocado, cucumber, pepper. Apple.
S - pistachios
D - fish burger, oven chips, peas, salad, tartare sauce. 3 squares of green and blacks raspberry and hazelnut dark chocolate (disappointing) and a spoonful of Ben and jerrys cookie dough.

Friday: Breakfast - 2 slices toast with butter and marmite, Lunch - bag of pretzels, orange, apple, banana, Dinner - english muffin with butter, avocado, prawn cocktail, tempura prawns, celery, cucumber, carrot sticks, Pudding - chelsea bun.
Saturday: Breakfast - 2 slices toast with butter and marmite, Lunch - ham baguette with crisps and salad, Dinner - english muffin with butter and marmite, Pudding - chelsea bun.
Sunday: Breakfast - 2 slices toast with peanut butter, Lunch - bacon roll and a cinnamon danish, Dinner - Indian takeaway lamb karai and a stuffed paratha.
