Yogurt, 3 strawberry, 2 fig, almond butter. Tea.

Mocha.

Salad of lettuce, tomato, spring onion, ham slices, olives, balsamic.

Cod fillet. Noodle ramen with veg.

Three small chocolates.

Tea.

Probably another snack later.

BMI 25. Used to be 48.

Omelette with spinach and 2 slices of toast for breakfast
lunch was a large mixed salad with abit of shredded chicken from y’day
tea was fish with peas, sweetcorn and new potatoes.
snacks - a satsuma, a small fudge bar, a yogurt

I’m quite slim, bmi 22, I have a big appetite but walk a lot and I’m on my feet most of the day. I’m also breastfeeding, so
that burns calories too!

L- roast chicken baguette and a chocolate rice cake
T- chicken curry and chips from the Chinese and some salt and pepper chicken bites…. The lady at the Chinese said ‘that’s plenty of food for two 😐‘ So I’m feeling very judged!

Breakfast- 3 buttered crumpets.

Lunch- leek and watercress soup with a poached egg, hash browns and cheese.

Dinner- wholemeal spaghetti with a tomato based sauce with courgette, onion, peppers, mushrooms and chicken.

A chocolate biscuit bar.

Snacks - pineapple, grapes and a few mini eggs

I have lost a stone but another 4 or 5 to go! Tracking calories via MFP and doing 3 or 4 exercise classes a week. Averaging a loss of about 2lb per week...... tis a long road 🙄
