Breakfast Iced latte with skimmed milk

Lunch salad with spinach, 2 eggs, edamame, yoghurt, olives, a carrot, fancy tuna

Dinner - I forgot to go shopping today and it's DH birthday tomorrow so I think we'll get a takeaway - probably wagagmama or Greek wrap.

Been a low calorie day and I've walked quite far so don't mind indulging more.

Ive had water all day about 2.5 litres, going to enjoy a cold Pepsi tonight with loads of ice.

4 oatcakes with peanut butter.

Lentil dahl soup (Sainsburys) and a piece of plain nan.

Sausage tray bake - toulouse sausages, potatoes, red and yellow pepper, onion and garlic with steamed green beans.

2 x tea with semi skimmed, 1 x flat white coffee. 2 glasses pinot.

Im intrigued as to who is healthy weight/overweight/obese too. I have always had a love/hate relationship with food sadly and love to see what people eat.

Breakfast : Avocado vinagrette, small glass of fruit juice, black tea
Lunch: I made a Chick pea pilaf with a small side salad, green tea
Dinner: I don't usually have it but needed something after a one hour weights session : A Banana , black tea
And two small marshmallows

I am feeling a bit bloated.

Scrambled egg on toast

Yogurt with chia, flax and pumpkin seeds

Hummus, tzatziki, carrot & cucumber sticks, pitta strips, grapes

Crisps, fizzy sweets

Macaroni cheese & garlic bread

My BMI is 20ish but I’m very active.

Brownie
Black coffee, bit of flapjack
2 slices prosciutto crudo, last of fancy hummus, oatcake, bit of chaource cheese
Steak, potato wedges, purple sprouting broccoli. Some red wine.
Some milk chocolate Easter egg.
Odd day, was at rowing club regatta with limited opportunities for food and drink until I got home mid-afternoon.
My BMI is 21 point something atm and it seems like I eat more than anyone else on MN! Think I have fast metabolism.
