Easter day:

B: a hot cross bun with butter, clementine juice, coffee
L: bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon, salad, 2 glasses of buck's fizz
S: 3 mini eggs
D: roast lamb, potatoes, carrots, asparagus, peas, 1/2 bottle of rose wine, tiramisu.

I think today will be a lot of water and raw veg!

Yesterday was-

Wrap with bacon and eggs

Chickpeas done in the airfryer with some spices on

Roast beef dinner with 2 yorkshires

Chocolate cookie and a cup of tea

B - a slice of seeded toast with butter and marmite
L - lasagne and salad; strawberries and blueberries with cream.
S - various bits of Easter chocolate
T - a sandwich made with Brie, cranberry, Mayo, salad and ham in sourdough. 1/2 a hot cross bun and half a piece of tiffin.
Lots of tea and coffee.

PM snack -black coffee and a pastry while in town
D-lamb curry with leftover lamb from roast yesterday.

B - Bacon and poached egg and a toasted muffin, tea around 9.30am.
L - crusty bread and cheese/chutney
D - slow cooker Chinese belly pork, egg fried rice with some green veggies

Had a major case of the munchies today & drastically failed at following slimming world, here goes:

1 x large piece homemade toffee cake
3 x small packets multigrain bites
1 x 150g packet salted peanuts
1 x protein flapjack
6 x satsumas
1 x banana
1 x chicken fillet in bbq sauce with large portion of steamed veg

In my defence I did go to the gym & do 45 mins on the treadmill, burning 180 calories. 2xdays till weigh so I'd best behave!Grin

Leftover Thai salad (almost zero calories hurrah) with a tin of tuna.

Sausage, mash and creamed carrot and Savoy cabbage. Bisto.

A tea, a mocha, a small coke, raspberry and lemon cordial, three chocolates, fancy smoothie.

Easter Monday big lunch with friends. I cooked and ate:
Roast chicken
Carrots
Broccoli
Green beans
Potatoes Boulanger
Rhubarb crumble and cream
Tea
Water
Lemonade with lime cordial and apple juice

Breakfast - Porridge with dates, blueberries, nuts, & seeds

Lunch - Half a pizza topped with ricotta, spinach, & tomatoes

Dinner - will be Tuscan chicken & potatoes

Breakfast - honey nut cornflakes with sliced banana, coffee
Snack - knock off kit kat and a tea
Lunch - ham, rocket and cucumber sandwich, bacon crisps, water
Tea again at 4pm
Dinner - we’ve just had slow cooker chinese belly pork with egg fried rice into which I added sweetcorn, petit pois and broccoli.
Just having another brew.

Today is the last day of Easter feasting. It has to be.

B: muesli with banana and blueberries, freshly squeezed OJ, coffee

L: seedy bread with humous and left over lamb, carrot sticks, bag of crisps, far too many mini eggs

S: poppy seed crackers, far too many cups of tea

D: roast chicken thighs with butternut squash, peppers, onions, courgettes, green beans, baby tomatoes, small glass of wine, yoghurt.

Snack were 6 galaxy mini eggs (omg the truffle ones are amazing!) some fridge raiders and some m and ms

Today it's usual breakfast of berries, Greek yogurt, almond butter.

Lunch will be salmon fillet, boiled egg, rocket, tomatoes, spring onion.

Dinner will be mozzarella and truffle stuffed pasta I'm hoping with some asparagus if dp can go to the shops.

Plus a tea, mocha, raspberry and lemon cordial plus water. Going to try not to eat any snacks today!
