I'm trying to make up a quiz for a friend's birthday based on things that were popular in the '90s, plus I was just having fun reminiscing with another friend. So I wondered, what random and lesser known things do you remember being popular back then?

Riverdance is one I remember. That was so huge back then and I was obsessed with it and Michael Flatley. I remember watching Eurovision live when they had Michael Flatley and Jean Butler perform and being blown away by it.

Thanks to everyone for all the glorious memories on here! I'd totally forgotten about the jeans with different coloured bums (I had red ones and green ones and I thought I was SO in fashion!) and also Pod shoes they were expensive but comfy and lasted ages. I also remember my mum collecting points at the co-op and then being able to buy a range of rainforest designed t-shirts from them. I basically lived in them for the entirety of one summer.
