Holy moly my smart meter has hit 10 pounds

I’ve never seen my smart meter hit 10 pounds in one day.

We are a family of 5 in a standard 3 bed house. The heating has been on today from 3-7pm (and not on full).

Couple of showers, 1 bath. I cooked sausages in the oven, veg on the hob. Nothing too extravagent.

Few cups of tea.

Looking forward we will cope, but we will not have hardly any surplus.

Anyone else want to share their smart meter readings today?

Im also on higher than the cap but been trying to get hold of utilita all week and can't , funny that

Beware anyone with EON, our smart meter hasn’t updated the new Tariff, the old Tariff expired 31/3, I think we’ve been led into a false sense of security as over the weekend we haven’t seen a difference, thanks to these threads I checked our account online last night and for electric it was £4.37 compared to our £2.90 the smart meter was showing. Online account shows our new Tariff, I’ve turned the meter on and off and still shows old one.

Yikes, I've just checked our smart meter and you're right, it still shows the old tariff. Bastards. I've been checking ours compulsively over the last few days and got lulled into a false sense of security thinking that we were doing ok.

We're on £10 per day easily. I'm watching the meter like a nutter but it's not helping...
