I used to know Sean Hughes very well. The most complicated man in history, one week he'd love you the next he'd hate you and you were ostracised from his little pub gang for a while and then he called you up again and so on. Had some wild times with him nevertheless and i'm so sad he's gone.

I kind of know Neil Morrisey. He's a friend of a friend and drinks in one of my locals. He's very charming and likeable.

I used to chat to Sean when we were out walking our dogs. He was lovely but often seemed troubled. Such a sad loss.

My drama teacher in the 00s had been on emmerdale playing sarah sugden. She was really cool and a great teacher. People would try not to mention emmerdale (although she was fine with it) in an effort to seem too cool to know what it was 🤣

I was casual friends with a good friend of lindsay lohan at one point, she was lovely and seemed a nice person despite her struggles.

I know loads of big brother/shipwrecked/pop idol people frpm the 00s but thats not famous. Sadly i dont know Fish

I did my legal training with Judge Rinder. We have fairly regular WhatsApp chats and I went to his wedding. He is, and always has been, exactly like he is on the telly. I am very fond of him (and his family, who are lovely).

Aw this is nice to read. I love him and always got a no-nonsense but genuine vibe from him. I've been following his Instagram while he's been helping out at the Polish border with the Ukraine refugees, he seems like a really decent person.

Very similar… I wonder if it promotes following. Really strange things like ‘I’ve never had much of a relationship with my Dad’ when he was actively involved in her life and used to give us lifts everywhere or ‘I used to struggle getting weight off and found the only thing that helped was protein shakes’ accompanied by pictures of her in college when she was a size 6 and ate completely normally. ‘I always struggled to make friends and felt isolated’ she emigrated for uni and ghosted everyone she knew, so so strange.

I was in a band in the early noughties. I live a very quiet life now and my perspective has changed massively since becoming a parent. I'm a frequent Mumsnetter 🤣

I've said on here before - Greg Davies is lovely and everything you'd hope he would be. Sarah Millican and Jason Manford really care about their fans and go out of their way for them. Sara Pascoe is beautiful inside and out. Most of the ones I've met are lovely but a few can be a bit "edgy".

I was going out with someone who was in a band in the 90s. Does that count? They weren’t very good but we regularly had a lot of parties and people like Placebo coming over and wrecking the place.
