It's like Wordle in that you need to guess the word of the day, but works by semantics. So you input a word and it will tell you how close you are. You have infinite guesses.

For example, ysterday's word was 'costly' with expensive, cumbersome and burdensome being the three closest words.

I'm currently 840 words away with a similarity of 47%. I started at under 2%.

Anybody else attempting it?

This helped me. I went back to a further away word that I hadn't focussed on before and tried something similar and got 997 and then something similar again and got it! Thank you @Bytrgrewd

This is driving me crazy today. Usually there seems to be a clear theme but today all my words are silly vague words and I am stumped.

Wow! Got it in 9 goes today, having got up to 40+ tries the past few days and given up in frustration.

Really need to understand more about the innards though. The other day my guesses included puppy and kitten, both of which to me seemed equally unrelated when I saw the answer, but which scored quite differently.

I'm getting worse. I got it in with my first guess on my first go, yesterday I got to around 950 before I have up, but today I have only managed 367 so far 😒

66 for me today, I'm happy with that

Went from nowhere to 810 within a few guesses at around the 86 mark, but am stuck again. My top few guesses have a similar theme but I think it's probably not related to that closely.

Finally got it, only took 315 guesses 🙈

I went from 201 guesses yesterday to 31 today - yay!!! Still think a lot of it is down to luck though!

What does 996/1000 mean? I've never played this before and don't really know what I'm doing. I'm on guess no.87 and guess no.78 had this score. This started at guess no.64 (424/1000) and has mostly gone up since but can't seem to get any higher/further.

Word 1000 is the answer so 996 is very close.

I've been stuck on 998 all day, which was guess 147, got it in under 60 last days. I've also got 973 and 993. It's. So. HARD!

I properly love/hate this game

Thank you OP for introducing me to this. Our whole family are enjoying it. Including one of my DC who got detention because they were doing it on their phone at school 😂 They did say they were looking up synonyms but teacher wasn't interested. Got 2 words away at school!

This is driving me buts. I have only managed to get 56/1000 on guess 93 and 768/1000 on guess 14.
I am on guess 172 and I am still cold. 😫
