(real life crush not celebrity), how do you imagine life would be now?

My first crush was a random guy who caught the same bus as me from the same stop, we went to different schools and never spoke to each other but as a teenage girl I'd planned our whole lives together!!

BunnyRuddington · 19/02/2022 01:07

My first crush was my DCousin's BF. He was funny, dressed well and everyone loved him. He left our town to go and star in Starlight Express so I'm guessing if we'd married my current life would be pretty sexless.

Tittyfilarious81 · 19/02/2022 01:13

I did, and we've had 2 children and been together for 25 years 🥰

Stripyhoglets1 · 19/02/2022 01:18

Bunny - same here. Last I heard he was in a same sex marriage so I was clearly wasting my time with my 14 year old crush!

I'm friends with mine, I think he liked me back but we were both quite shy so I think it would have been months of sitting there not talking to each other.
He's a great Dad, so that would have been fine but can drive me potty so I sense I might drink more.
I think we'd have fallen into too comfortable to leave rather than still being crazy in love 24 years later.

Likely my kids would be older and my career better as I'm more career driven than him and he's a partly SAHD

I'd be divorced from a gay man!

LuckyWithMyLot · 19/02/2022 09:39

I reckon we'd be happy. He's a doctor now and I'd live in my home town.

passwordnotsecure · 19/02/2022 09:39

I've looked up my first crush. At the time he was a swimmer, went on to manage the local pool and is now a business manager at a local primary school. I watched a 'meet the staff' video of him now in his 50s with grey hair and glasses. Not that there's anything wrong with those things but he liked more pathetic than hot. Freaky to watch given he was a good looking muscular 15 year old at the time (I was 13)

passwordnotsecure · 19/02/2022 09:39

*looked not liked

SleepingStandingUp · 19/02/2022 09:42

Omg what's with all the crushes on gay teen boys?

Horrendous as he is in jail Confused

I was so young for my first crush. Our parents were friends and met up for meals at one another's houses and the kids were allowed to run riot playing while they visited. I think I was 6 or 7 for my first kiss! His older brother and my older brother are fb friend's still so I get a peak into his life occasionally but it wouldn't suit me.

My next crush was my best friend's cousin who was in a gang. Sadly died young. That life would have been awfully tough.

My 3rd crush was a jerk called Sherman. I have no idea how he turned out.

Camomila · 19/02/2022 09:47

I'd be basically living in a Chalet School daydream!

He's now a rural GP living in German speaking northern Italy.

(He's lovely and single but I'm not keen on his beard).

StColumbofNavron · 19/02/2022 09:48

I’m trying to decide who was my actual first crush and I think the ‘real’ one as opposed to someone I fancied for a day got in touch a few years ago. I’d basically be a miserable WAG. He is very wealthy and lives in a nice sunny place. He is an arrogant twat and would have wanted me perfect and compliant. We were quite volatile when we were friends so I imagine utterly miserable. When we did have a very brief interlude he was very generous with cunnilingus so he had some redeeming features.

Vampirethriller · 19/02/2022 09:49

I'd be a widow, he died young from sudden adult death syndrome. We went out for about a year when I was 15 and he was 17. He was lovely.

I was thinking the same Smile they must have been charismatic or approachable I guess
MrsDThomas · 19/02/2022 09:50

He now has a husband.

MayBeeMee · 19/02/2022 09:53

I’d be living on a farm with an overweight misogynist. So very far from my current, lovely life!

TheVanguardSix · 19/02/2022 09:56

Oh my first crush... I was 11 and I was loyal to this crush until I was 17! He was a year older and we attended the same middle and secondary school (in the States). I reckon he's the only guy I actually got right!
He still lives in my hometown, he's wealthy, has 5 children, a ranch, dogs, horses... he looks like Jason Bateman (whom I've had a crush on ever since he was a teenager in It's Your Move).
I'm getting confused now. Is this about my first crush or Jason Bateman? I still fancy him... even in Ozark. I think I still fancy my first crush too. Grin

MrsTimRiggins · 19/02/2022 09:57

I suspect it was one of my older brothers best friends, M. He was 6 years older than me and was so kind. He had 7 younger sisters so suspect he saw me like one of them. I had to wear an eyepatch as a child, which I was very self conscious about and I remember him getting close enough so I could actually sort of see him, which very few people did, and talking to me, and it meant so much. I must’ve been about 5 or 6 when that happened, maybe younger. Hero worship into crush, he was always around ours until my brother left home when I was 15.
Then when I was 19, we bumped into each other in a club (he’s hard to miss at 6’5 and was into mma at the time so big bloke!), we kissed and I took him home 😂 played the long game! He was very keen then, and asked me out several times after, but I wasn’t for some reason, can’t quite remember why.
He’s one of the good ones still I believe. He’s been with his much older girlfriend years, and is a great stepdad to her four children. He’s still bloody gorgeous too. Would we be compatible? Probably not, we’ve very different backgrounds and interests, but he would, probably, not make me unhappy. Maybe.

See... my problem is I married that guy! I should have married the first crush!
Crunchyapp · 19/02/2022 09:58

I did and it’s amazing. First saw him when I was 15 one weekend….went into school on the Monday and told my friend I was going to marry him one day 🤣🤣
Didn’t even speak to him till 3 years later !

PrettyBluebells · 19/02/2022 10:04

I'd live with a man who I can't seem to remember the name of, lol
