Ha ha I need to do some work! And wordle! I am transfixed! All we need now is a channel interviewing the people getting off the planes too! Grin

liveforsummer · 18/02/2022 13:36

Local radio station just talking about watching big jet tv while the songs are playing. Wonder if he gets record viewer numbers today

@TheFairyCaravan I can beat you at that, I am doing the ironing too as well as all the others 😆
How I havent burnt myself I don't know 🤔

EduCated · 18/02/2022 13:36

Stansted looks to be diverting quite a few. Vilnius also headed north. Few circling.

liveforsummer · 18/02/2022 13:37

@givemeallthecheese

Wonder if she's a mumsnetter too!
There was a pilots wife on thread one I'm sure

Cork is diverting to Edinburgh! Those poor sods, you can’t get much further from Gatwick.

Riojaroundtheclock · 18/02/2022 13:39

Ryanair Cork-Gatwick diverted to Edinburgh!

Letsnotargue · 18/02/2022 13:39

Cork to LGW now diverted to Edinburgh. That's a bit of a detour.

Namechangeagain84 · 18/02/2022 13:39

I love that this man works so hard to film all these flights and today it has paid off.
I'd watch this channel anyway, without the storm.

LIZS · 18/02/2022 13:41

There are no trains down to London from Edinburgh either today!

EduCated · 18/02/2022 13:41

Birmingham looks to be having a rough time. Most flights cancelled.

Newrunner29 · 18/02/2022 13:47

I cannot watch YouTube channel, flight tracker and mumsnet all at same time 🤔😄 they are all on phone

BrennieGirl · 18/02/2022 13:47

I'm a bit worried about the horses on the video feed.

ISmellBurnings · 18/02/2022 13:48

We’re watching Heathrow! So glad I am not on a plane.

liveforsummer · 18/02/2022 13:49

@BrennieGirl often the safest place for them in a storm is outside where they can move out of the way of danger and seek shelter. When they panic indoors with falling debris etc or roofs off it's much worse. Those ponies look fine and have lots of hay which is how they keep warm

OP posts:
Namechangeagain84 · 18/02/2022 13:50

@BrennieGirl me too 😕

Marmelace · 18/02/2022 13:50

@BrennieGirl

I'm a bit worried about the horses on the video feed.
They were acting rather nonchalant to it all when they were investigating his van not long ago.
Karatema · 18/02/2022 13:51

Watched my son's flight take off from Heathrow so he's ok now. Phew. He had to wait onboard for quite a while while they waited for a gap to take off!

They look well fed alright but they seem very jittery.

Letsnotargue · 18/02/2022 13:52

Vilnius to Stanstead had two aborted landings, diverted to East Mids where it's just had another one. Poor buggers.

BrennieGirl · 18/02/2022 13:53

Anyway, sorry to derail.

SquirmOfEels · 18/02/2022 13:54

@LIZS

Hardly any trains from Gatwick to London - delays/cancellations to all London stations from there (signalling problems at Horley, tree on track at Balham though that might be clear now, and summat else up in Croydon)
contactornotthatisthequestion · 18/02/2022 13:55

is there only heathrow live feeds?
im meant to be doing housework but no sat here drinking coffee and eating peanuts while watching on fascinated

EduCated · 18/02/2022 13:55

Cork almost at Edinburgh. They took off at 9.40, should have landed at 10.55!

Spottybutterfly · 18/02/2022 13:55

Not sure where this plane is going but it looks diverted.
