I'll start. The disposable toilet brush. Anti spot face masks. Tinting mascara. One day I'll be ahead of the game 😂

A balloon like device that blows coats the inside of your oesophagus and holds it open to stop asthma sufferers dying.

BertieBotts · 13/02/2022 19:56

But how would the air get past the balloon?

Loads. But I've got a new one, look out for it. Laundry facilities in airports. Imagine. You arrive 3 hrs before departure and your dirty laundry is quickly done by experts and nicely folded and returned to your suitcase so when you get home so you have to do is unpack.
Genius

I know someone that does this, sort of . When they come back of hols they call into a laundrette on the way home or the following day if its a evening landing, drop off all the clothing still in is suit case . Go for a leisurely meal and pick the clean repacked suite case of clothing either that eve or the following day ( depending on laundrette opening time / how busy it is and whether they decide have a couple of glasses of wine so can't drive)
To me that's the perfect way to end holiday

I invented flavoured cola. Specifically lemon and then lime. Given time I would have eventually got to cherry. But raspberry, no...I would never have invented that abomination.

Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s local… when all the. Order shops were closing down 40 years ago I wondered why the big supermarkets with all their expertise and supply chains coukdnt get a few toilet rolls, tins of soup and bottles of milk on the shelves for maybe a few pence more than in a big warehouse type shop.
This allowing the scary/sweet couple who ran it to keep going and the local community to assays have done basic provisions available on foot…

I listen to audiobooks a lot on Alexa doing housework & other boring non stationary tasks.

Drying my hair the other day (a long and boring process) I wanted to listen, but obviously wouldn’t be able to hear over the dryer noise. So I got to thinking how great it would be if there was so way to sub-title an audiobook for such a situation.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how I invented…the book.

KindergartenKop · 13/02/2022 21:47

The affogato.

Alcohol testing immobilisers in cars so that you can only start the car if you haven't been drinking alcohol
