AlwaysLatte · 31/01/2022 16:45

AlwaysLatte can you not see the difference in courtesy between ‘honourable friend’ and ‘she’?
Of course Hmmbut he's also saying 'he' too.

Indeed hook line & sinker Heard you like a bit of ABBA Carrie
ancientgran · 31/01/2022 16:46

@derxa I'm sure he will value your input.

By the way is Priti Patel picking her nose? And then looking at it.

VikingOnTheFridge · 31/01/2022 16:46

@Perroquet

Can't MPs start submitting letters of no confidence, and when a certain number of them have done so, a vote of no confidence will automatically be triggered? That would be more effective than trying to convince this Emperor Nero to exercise his non-existent judgement and step down!
Only the Tory ones. Therein lies the issue.
SpinningTheSeedsOfLove · 31/01/2022 16:46

Carrie doesn't live here anymore
Carrie used to room on the second floor
Sorry that she left no forwarding address
That was known to me
Carrie doesn't live here anymore
You could always ask at the corner store Tesco Express

longwayoff · 31/01/2022 16:47

Relax OP, it's just Prime Minister's Lying Time, where he rolls up to the house,of commons is asked questions, avoids answering them, or just lies, and smirks as decent people become frustrated and furious that such a chancer and charlatan is allowed to destroy the fabric of democracy in our country. That's all.

Probably more attractive than focusing on her actual surroundings at the moment. And less embarrassing.

HangoverSquare · 31/01/2022 16:48

@SpinningTheSeedsOfLove

Honourable = MP

Right Honourable = MP who is Member of the Privy Council

innit??

Yes, you may well be right.
Hightemp · 31/01/2022 16:49

I wonder if Boris knows about the photos that have been released !

I don't want Scottish independence and I don't want people like him running my country. Nicola Sturgeon is bad enough.

Of course he does. Cressida would have been straight on the blower

Dunno but I'm pretty sure Theresa May was looking at her phone just now. Scrolling mumsnet maybe 😂

I'm not sure I know about these photos - where are they?

You do understand that the govt is Conservative and Labour is the opposition and don't have the power to get things going.

Did you hear about the £4.5bn they've had to write off from their so brilliant business loans, that's our money yours and mine.

The NHS delivered the jabs, Boris just kept visiting vaccination sites and getting in their way.

Benjispruce5 · 31/01/2022 16:51

Watching live. It’s so sickening hearing the glib responses of some Conservatives including the PM. The contrast with the passionate anger of this that oppose him. He should just go. Shame on him.

ancientgran · 31/01/2022 16:52

@derxa I don't want Scottish independence and I don't want people like him running my country. Nicola Sturgeon is bad enough.

Well I don't want a liar in No 10. We don't always get what we want do we.

SpinningTheSeedsOfLove · 31/01/2022 16:54

Abba, like pp wisely ponders; or does Carrie like a little bit of Bee Gees?

The Conservatives are in government. It is their job to govern.

Labour are in opposition. It is their job to question, critique and ask for clarification.

It is the PM’s job to lead. He failed.

Whywhywhy48 · 31/01/2022 16:54

He has no shame!! Just bleating on about the same things! Disgraceful

Hightemp · 31/01/2022 16:54

@Zonder…breaking news since this shitshow has been on TV this pm .

ilovesooty · 31/01/2022 16:55

Why the hell has he suggested that questions about drug taking at no 10 should be directed to the Labour Front Bench?

ArseInTheCoOpWindow · 31/01/2022 16:56

When Labour were in power they showed no interest in the public closed schools made huge schools and let classes get bigger

Did they? I must have missed that. I was a secondary teacher then. Class sizes were smaller, equipment was replaced, there were loads of grants you could tap into for schools. Loads of support staff, education was well funded.

I left last year. Sick of huge class sizes, broken equipment, no support staff.

The differences between teaching under a Labour government and a Conservative government were like night and day!

Under Labour l felt empowered, that all kids could achieve and enjoy school. Under the Tories it’s just been a pretty miserable skint experience, with both kids and teachers fed up.

What a ridiculous response. Do you think the break up of the United Kingdom is a trivial matter like not getting the flavour of ice cream I want

longwayoff · 31/01/2022 16:57

Priti Patel seems to have a headache. 'God pays debts without money'.
