What age did your babies crawl and sit up?

My baby has just turned 6 months and we're trying to get him to sit up and crawl. Just wondering what age your babies did

Sitting - around 6 months.

Crawling - one never did, the other around 2 weeks before walking!

6 months sitting
8 months crawling

Sitting about 4.5 months, army crawling by 7 months and proper crawling around 9 months

Mine could all sit up at around six months, and all crawled at eight months.

DD1.. sitting at 6 months, bum shuffling at 8 months.

DD2... sitting 6 months. But crawling at 5 months. It was NOT fun.

DS didn't sit into 9mo and walked just before his 2nd birthday.

DS2 was walking at 9mo

If anything DS1 is the more physically able now they're both adults

Both girls sitting around 6 months - eldest - crawling 13 months, walking at nearly 18 months. Second child - crawled at 10 months walked at 15 months. She definitely wanted to be crawling a lot earlier and tried so much!
I was an early walker, my nephew who was 9 months younger than my daughter walked when he was 10 months and didn’t ever crawl.

Both sat up at six months and crawled at eight.

DD sort of shuffled, didn't crawl until about 7 months and was up and standing around the furniture by 8 months. didn't actually let go and walk until about 14 months, though.

I think sitting 5-6 months.
Crawling- DD1 7 months, DD2 5.5 months 🙈

DS could sit up at 5 months. He never crawled, just rolling around before starting to walk at 11 months.

First: 6 months sitting, 9 months crawling

Second I can't remember when she started sitting but she was crawling at 5 months.

Eldest never crawled really sat there like a little emperor and we brought everything to him :) Walked a couple of days before his first birthday. Twins crawled at 4 months I was devastated as all of a sudden they were in danger. I think cause they were so small it was easier for them to support their own weight.

Sitting at 5 months and crawling at 8. She walked at 11 months.

She’s taking a bit longer with the speech side of things though, so I’m fretting about that, and comparing even when I know I shouldn’t be! They’re all different and we absolutely shouldn’t compare, but it’s hard!

I can't remember either, but I do remember there was no really obvious point where I could say 'now she is crawling'. She made her way about the place but I don't think she ever did classic crawling - it was more pulling herself along, then rolling, then pulling and rolling, then hotching on her bum. She walked without a hand to hold at nine months and I have heard tell that babies who walk earlyish tend to be rubbish at crawling, which is interesting.

Sitting at around 4.5 months, crawling at 10.5 months

DC1 (Commando) crawling at Usain Bolt pace at 8/9 months but rolled to where he needed to get to for a couple of months before. Sitting at 12.5 months. Why sit still when you can be everywhere? 🤣
DC2 was sitting at just before 6 months and crawling around 8 months.
DC1 walked at 15 months (he was running the day after his first steps because, again why do something that's slow and laboured when you can get there FAST) and DC2 first steps at 11 months but didn't properly walk until 13.5 months.

DC1 sitting up 5 months, crawling from 7 months.

DC2 sitting up 8 months. Didn't crawl much, pulled self up and furniture cruised from 9 months.

Both walked at 12 months, though DC1 was more confident with it from outset and starting running quite quickly.

DD1 first sat up unaided at 7 months. She NEVER crawled. Started walking at 2 years 🤦‍♀️

DD2 first sat up round 5 months, crawled at 8/9 months. Walked at 16 months

Sitting up about 5.5 months. Crawling not until 11!

My DS could sit unaided at 4.5 months and was crawling at 6 months.

I'm pregnant again and am hoping for a couple more months of peace before this one crawls. Once DS could crawl it was game over for any notions of hair done, make up on etc

All sat up at around 6 months.

Dd1 crawled at 8months
Ds crawled at 7 months (and walked at 8.5 months)
Dd2 just started (begrudgingly) bum shuffling at 11 months

Sitting at about 6 months but never really crawled.

Sitting up - 7 months
Crawling - 14 months. She's an early talker but a late mover!

Sitting up 7 months.
Crawling 8 or 9 months.
Walked 13 months.
