I've made cottage pie this morning that we will eat later. Tempted to make a crumble as well as have apples that need using up and blackberries in the freezer.

We are having roast chicken, roast pots, Broccoli, carrots, red cabbage and stuffing. It’s always a roast on a Sunday. Also made a lasagne last night and have some leftovers of that too.

Picked up a reduced joint of beef this morning so I'm having that for dinner, with mashed carrot and swede, stuffing, yorkies, green beans and gravy. Yum.

We're having a ham joint roasted with maple syrup. I don't really like ham so I'm having the side bits. Panko goats cheese, beetroot, salad, roast potatoes and nice bread. Bit of a mish mash but will be tasty.

Hoisin tofu noodles. I do love a roast but don’t cook one often.

Cottage pie & veg for tea here too but no pudding, although DH & DS will probably have ice cream.

Tricked2003 · 23/01/2022 18:33

We have some work going on, I made a lasagne for today so that I could just chuck it in the oven!

Iseeyoulookingatme · 23/01/2022 18:36

I made a mini roast dinner which only took 30 minutes. I had lamb steaks, roasted new potatoes, roasted carrots, peas and stuffing. It was delicious. I fancied a roast dinner without the faff.

We hardly ever have a roast. We're having miscellaneous leftovers today.

I'm making a beef stew with beer tomorrow. Need to buy mushrooms and potatoes to go into it.

mathanxiety · 24/01/2022 01:53

DS cooked scrambled eggs and sausages for breakfast, so no lunch.
