What starting words do you use? I tried piano today, mainly use arise or abode.
I tend to vary it.

I often then get pencil & paper & try out various permutations of where letters in the wrong place could go.

My starting words are usually consonant heavy so Short/ Climb or Plant. I found knowing the vowels didn't help all that much.
